Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day 1, we were all trying to figure out how to stay longer or stay forever. I have been vacationing on 30a for almost 15 years. I loved it so much that I actually moved to Destin/Miramar Beach for 4 years. But life happened and I had to leave FL and now I am back to just vacationing here. Watercolor is unlike anywhere else we have every stayed and we are now obsessed and already planning a trip back later this summer. Everything about it is a dream... the houses, the quaint neighborhoods, the pools, moving about only using bikes or golf carts and of course the beach. But the access to the pools, Camp Watercolor, and the Beach Club elevates this whole experience to another level. Everywhere you go is safe, spotless and even the towel service is seamless. It may feel like an exaggeration but it’s not. Yes, the house is wonderful too. It’s well appointed, clean and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and perfectly planned for families. The only thing we didn’t figure out until the day we were leaving is where the beach chairs were (outdoor closet) and we laughed about it because we never looked for them but of course they had them! Our expectations have reached a new level and we will never stay anywhere else ever again, this checked every box for us.

It didn’t take long to get to any of the pools or beach club. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds.

We had perfect weather and able to take advantage of the bikes, golf cart and the many Watercolor amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time to Water Color for 4 out of the 5 in our group . Lucky for me , the 5th has been going since they were little and helped me pick location for house etc . This location was perfect for our family. We play tennis and pickleball and the courts were maybe a 5 minute bike ride when we discovered the short cut. The house is beautifully decorated as well as being well equipped . There were board games , bicycles, golf cart and the family favorite - bed porch swing . High end appliances in the kitchen as well as a grill made preparing meals easy . We had two small issues the first day and they were promptly taken care of by Royal Destinations while we were at the beach. I would definitely rent this house again as well as use Royal Destinations.
