Enjoy Deck + Mtn Views: Grand Lake Retreat!

The proximity to the lake is perfect for our yearly ice fishing trip.

We had an excellent experience at the house. The check-in/out was simple, and it was easy to find. The bathrooms looked brand new and were very clean. There were plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. for all seven of us. The house was close to both Grand Lake and Granby which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The property manager was very helpful with any questions that I had and was quick to respond my text.

The home had some nice amenities and a great location near the lakes. We would highly recommend to others for an excellent family vacation!

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! The rooms were beautiful and clean, with great bathrooms and a huge living room to hang out in. Everyone had their own space and loved it. The wraparound porch was also a plus. Check-in and out was a breeze, too.

We loved our stay in Grandby! The house was clean and spacious in a quiet location. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Lake Grandby and the convenient proximity to RMNP!

We had a great stay, very clean and cozy environment for our family. Felt very spacious and the deck that surrounded three sides was great for our kids to run around. Right off the highway so really easy access. We would stay again.

The property was an absolute beauty to stay! It’s minutes away from the Rocky National Park which was just beautiful. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything was perfect

The house is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to prepare food. Other than the house being cold when we first arrived (55 degrees),Everything was as expected and beyond. Quick access to the lake and other facilities made this a great choice for our yearly trip.

We were in Grand Lake for a wedding over the weekend. The home was perfect for my family (myself and my husband, our two daughters and their husbands and 4 grandchildren, aged 2 to 8). Plenty of room and beds for everyone. The view from the living room was gorgeous and the kids loved the large, wrap around deck. We didnt do much cooking, but appeared to be stocked with everything you might need. Very close to restaurants and shops.

This house was amazing! Large rooms, plenty of space to spread out, great location, right across the street from the lake, all the conveniences of home were provided! Our grandchildren loved walking across the street to play in the water and everyone loved playing air hockey and hanging out on the large deck with amazing views! We would've loved to have been able to enjoy the firepit as well, but just not enough time. We hope to return sometime soon and enjoy that as well!

This cabin is very spacious and very clean! It's very close to the highway and just across from Lake Granby. Unfortunately, the listing shows that it is just outside of Columbine lake near grand Lake, which is not true. It's about 7 miles from grand Lake. Everything was, great for us except for the bunkbed in the third bedroom in the basement. It was very wobbly to the point where we didn't feel safe with our kids sleeping on it. It had multiple missing screws and if you just barely touched it, it moved very easily. This of course goofed everything up and we had to have kids sleeping on couches.

Loved this amazing home in the mountains! Finding the correct address was a bit tricky, but the hosts were available immediately to help. Once we got in, we were in love. Newly renovated, extremely clean, toys and games for our kids (3 and 6) which they loved, easy checkin/checkout, detailed instructions in each room on where to locate any extra amenities, every toilette you could possibly need and (my personal favorite) a handwritten note from the hosts. The hosts were also knowledgeable about the local 4th of July celebration and went above and beyond to provide additional resources for our questions. Highly recommend this property, it was everything we needed in a vacation home :)
