Very clean.... accurate description. 8 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here...

This is our second year in a row staying here at this place and we love it! It's literally a five minute walk to the beach! Also I would like to mention, there was a minor issue with the shower in the main floor, but the host was super quick to respond and even went out of their way to come fix it! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a lovely cozy spot near the beach! This is our family's favorite spot!

Check in and check out were very easy. The location is awesome! Close enough to walk to the beach, with beach access really close! We weren’t actually able to walk due to the high temps, but the place is very close to many access areas. Love the close proximity to the Boardwalk also! The place is beautiful! The only cons were that there was no working ice maker or water dispenser. There were some basic supplies that we are used to having at other rentals that weren’t available, throw blankets, basic condiments and some laundry supplies, but of course not a requirement. Also the floor wasn’t very clean.All in all a great stay! The location is the winner! It was also great having access to some beach supplies such as chairs and and boogie boards.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We absolutely loved the fact you had beach chairs that we could use. The place was so neat and pretty much had everything we needed. Just a couple of FYI's, not sure if you are aware: the ice maker did not work, the chairs on the back deck looked a little scary for sitting, and the shower head on the main floor was leaking and running out of the shower onto the floor. We had to keep a towel down to soak up the water.

Everything was spotless. Very nicely maintained.

Nice neighborhood short walk to beach short drive to broad walk and other attractions 3br parents and kids br on top floor each with own bathroom and third bedroom and bath on main floor. Kitchen well supplied no local channels on TV must know your password for your streaming service and remember to sign back out Beach equipment supplied very nice Checkout early could use to 11 checkout instructions on thermostat settings a little confusing. Overall very nice stay relaxing would recommend and book again

The house was beautiful, but there were some things that made it not so enjoyable. There were dead roaches in every corner of the house and the kitchen sink released brown water which made it hard to wash the dishes and use it. Other than that, it was a nice stay and the house was in a good location.

Returned for annual family trip to Carolina Beach. This house has great amenities, perfect distance to beach and boardwalk while still having some peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

The place was wonderful and accommodated all of our needs. Everyone had a great time. If ever available for our yearly trip, would consider booking this place again.

We loved staying here, it was close enough to the beach that we could walk and it was very clean and all appliances worked properly!

Great location and size! Lovely balcony and entertainment spaces too. Bath facilities could use some attention in the shower curtains and shower caddies. Overall a great stay!

Spacious, comfortable and cute beach themed place which was within easy access to beachfront areas ( rent a golf cart, it’s fun!). We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back!

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a beautiful place, it had everything we needed and more. This is the 1st time we have rental something like this and we were throughly pleased.

We had a nice time in Carolina beach. Our house, Belle of the beach was clean, well- stocked and tastefully decorated. The management staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Parking limitations should be much more prevalent in listing- As a family of 5 adults, meeting up for the week from different locations, the parking caused a lot of last minute stress contributing to someone not coming at all. Also, given extreme summer temps to have no functional ice maker was a major inconvenience. Would not stay here again, nor would I have booked having noticed it's limited to 2 cars total for unit.

Pros: Our stay was quite nice. The property is within walking distance to the beach and a short drive from everything you may want to do. The property manager was easy to communicate with and could stop in quickly when an issue needed to be addressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was quite and it was easy to relax. Cons: The cleanliness of the property could have been better. There was a thick layer of dust under the couch and on top of several surfaces throughout the property ( like picture frames and high surface areas. For most this would not be a big deal, but for someone who has severe allergies, this can cause breathing issues and should be addressed. There were also stains on the curtains that could have been cleaned before we arrived. Overall it is a nice place to stay at Carolina Beach.
