I highly recommend this property. The location is phenomenal. We enjoyed walking the beach every day. The host was very friendly and responsive to any issues we had.

My wife and I spent a month at the house and enjoyed it immensely. Close to stores and restaurants and, best of all, just a quick walk to the beach, at most! The home was as described. The road was busy at times but we had no trouble getting in or out of our drive. We would stay there again. The home had all the amenities we needed for our month. The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question.

We stayed here for the month of Feb. It was our first visit to Fernandina Beach. The house is as described in the listing and photos. We brought our dog so the fenced in backyard was a bonus. The beach is across the street, close to a public access path. Fast response from manager when we had small issues.

Very roomy and excellent beds. Very safe shower inside and out and great location for beaching.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It’s the perfect layout for my family. The home has everything you need and the view from the observation deck is amazing. I highly recommend this property!

I booked this rental for a family who had been temporarily dispaced from their home. Before the rental term even started, the hosts were courteous and kind, and very quick to respond! The family loved the home as well! What you see represented on the site is exactly what you get! I would definitely recommend for future rentals!

Kitchen was well equipped; big new refrigerator was great for month supplies. Very clean and well furnished. All mattresses comfortable. Backyard was perfect for the dog (and us); Plenty of mature trees for shade if needed and two sides were block walled for privacy.

We we're able to see ocean right outside the windows in the parlor and from the kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent and the house was a perfect vacation house.

This home is ideal for travelers with pet(s). It has a fenced backyard. It is a good place to gather- the family could join us there and enjoy visiting. The location was great! Just a short walk across the street to the beach.

Living room couches and chairs were clean but are in much need of upgrading (low to floor and uncomfortable. And hard to get up from). Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs when entering and leaving the house. Overall great location easy access to the beach, grocery stores,, old town Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park, all of Amelia Island. I recommend this place
