Enjoy Amazing Smoky Mountain View in Large, Comfortable Home in Treetops!

I did not like driving 6 miles to take the trash to a recycling facility. The basement smelled musty. The porches needed swept. I slept well on the king bed.

Our family spent over a week in this beautiful home and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large family and grocery stores and restaurants were relatively close.The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on and the view was just splendid! The neighbors dog (Mooch) was an added bonus as he would come and hang out with us on the deck.We enjoyed exploring the many small towns around this area and had plenty to do.The owner communicated with us throughout our stay and answered every question we had promptly. We would highly recommend this home and have it on our favorites for when we want to return to this area.

All around great stay. The view was amazing. The house was well stocked and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen was like being at home. The decor was inviting. Loved that the Christmas tree was still up. It was a little cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked so I guess we’ll have to book another trip when it’s warmer.

We had a nice trip ! Owner was great.. we didn’t use downstairs at all .. we had 5 girls and downstairs not needed .. it’s a big place , great for a family trip .. downstairs could use some airing out as there is no air condition (there is heat) driveway was great with a lot of parking and also they had a blower that I used to blow off driveway during the fall .. view was lovely !

Beautiful home with a view. Easy access and Franklin near by. Neighborhood is gated and quiet. Plenty of room for family or quests. Foxes, squirrels, deer and bear. Many species of birds. Very enjoyable

The house was spacious, clean, and the most well stocked home we've ever stated in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The view from the porch was beautiful. We all had a great time and enjoyed our trip so much this summer.

There was everything we needed for a nice family stay. A lot of space indoors and the bedrooms were all nice size. It felt cozy in the mountains worth the drive up!

Karla was super and extremely responsive and very helpful when we stupidly left items behind!! Very comfortable house, be try well equipped in the kitchen! Wood burning fireplace- can't say enough about this ambiance! Sunsets are memorable!

Property was awesome and owner was great to work with. We fed and watched a pair of hummingbirds daily, took walks throughout the private and gated subdivision, played with a neighbors dog that came to visit, and just rested and relaxed . Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Easily accommodated our group with lots of beds/bathrooms for a crowd of non-couples focused on participating in a 3 day on water training. At one point the power went out due to a downed tree. Great communication with the owner and quick service from Duke Power solved the problem rapidly without even denting our schedule.
