It was spotless, when we arrived. A very nice house for the family. The house had everything you need. And you felt at home. The whole transaction was extremely convenient. Very easy experience.

The house was super clean and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and had a quick response time. Our family would definitely stay here again!!

The house was perfect for our stay. The house is in very good condition, had everything we needed. The views from the porch were wonderful, you could see all the lights from downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend staying here, the only problem we had was the stairs from the street had no banister, it was tough going up the stairs especially with suitcases. Close to markets and restaurants that weren't as busy as downtown.

Lots of space, plenty of kitchen equipment, large back yard. Had the dogs with us and they loved it. Would return!

The house was great! It was very clean and the location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and it's close to Broadway. We really enjoyed the view of the downtown from the second floor porch. The hosts had a folder full of good information about Nashville. We would definitely stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in East Nashville! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and we loved the back yard space. There were restaurants and a great organic grocery store within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was really great. Usually the pictures don't reflect what the house actually looks like, but this house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the upper deck was fabulous!

We loved our stay in East Nashville, in the the blue house! The listing is exactly as described and better than imagined. Location was great with plenty to eat and drink within walking distance and Ubers were quick for longer jaunts. Hosts were fantastic and communicated well, especially helpful with a blunder on made upon booking. Highly recommend!

The owners of the property were so accommodating and especially gracious with an early check-in and potentially a late check out. They were exceptionally responsive in the house was perfect.

Quiet street, clean home, lovely backyard, close to so many great food options, grocery stores close by. Great stay, will be back for sure

Wonderful weekend in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants or quick ride to Broadway. Comfortable just hanging out at the house too.

House was terrific! We stayed for a week for CMA fest and wanted somewhere close by. House was very clean and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again.the owners were very responsive and friendly

This was a very nice property. The house had all the amenities needed, other than paper towels. The main level has a half bath, kitchen and living room. The upstairs had all of the bedrooms including the master. Overall happy with the stay and the hosts were great!

The house was renovated, clean and quiet neighborhood. Con- Off street parking. Garage is not available. Must walk up several steps to front door. The first set of steps near the street - has no hand rail.

We loved our stay in this house! The location is great - close to downtown, but away from the noise. We had 3 couples meet for a reunion and the house was perfect for us! We missed the towels in the bathroom (behind the door) and got a response very quickly to where all the towels were kept. Nice view of downtown, especially from the master bedroom. We didn’t cook much on this trip, but the kitchen seemed to be stocked well enough at least for the basics. The only thing that wasn’t as described is this house was filtered with a hot tub as a feature - I didn’t see one in any of the pics but once we got there we realized wit why - there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Wasn’t a big deal for this trip, but thought it was worth mentioning. We’d definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Great location with a nice view of Nashville skyline. Close to downtown and town activities. Our dog liked the fenced in yard. A lovely home.

Loved the location! View of the city was incredible. We walked our dog every morning at Shelby Park. House was tidy but could use a little more TLC. Overall I would recommend for a weekend.

The host, house, location were all amazing. Downtown was a very short drve. A girls trip to be remembered for many years! I will definitely stay here again.
