Endless Views - 2nd Row Home w/ Private Pool, 4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms

Great house! The rooms, kitchen, outdoor space and pool were top notch. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes (seems longer) but the cart at the house was a welcome addition. Thank you for that!

This is an awesome property for family vacation. Views are wonderful. Location great. We want to stay there again.

Great House and location for the budget conscious. House is in a great gated community far away from the crowds. House could use a little updating and attention to some of the deferred maintenance on the home. Pool is not heated just the hot tub. House sleeps 10 guest so they could use a few seats in the living area to accommodate 10 guest. I would recommend this property to friends and family and would rent again myself.

Our stay was a good one. Love the location and views. Our 3 star review has To do with the elevator not working and despite following the property managements instructions for getting a repair it never worked properly the entire stay. We also had an ant issue that we ended up dealing with ourselves.

First, we did have a good vacation. The location was very nice, close to the beach and the marsh. However, there are many issues with the house that I will list: 1. The pool filter is extremely loud. It's the first thing you notice when arriving and the sound can be heard everywhere in the house. 2. The pool is not heated. If you're visiting outside of peak summer, the pool will not be usable 3. The TV is terrible. It must be over a decade old and is not a smart TV. The picture is fuzzy with glare and very difficult to see. 4a. This is not a house made for cooks. 4b. There is not enough counter space. 4c. The cookware is second rate. 4d. There is no good cutting boards. 4e. There are no cooking spices. 5. We stayed for a week and were giving sheets in bags. The beds were not made, so expect to make at least five beds when you arrive. 6. There is no soap in the bathrooms. 7. The electric grill is bearly usable. It does not get hot. 8. Every wash came out smelling like mildew. The washer and dryer need to be cleaned. 9. The hottub water was cloudy and questionable 10. There is no sun umbrellas, so if you are fair skinned, there's no place to hide 11. The neighbors across the street in the yellow house were spying on us. It made us a bit uneasy. 12. The upstairs bathroom fan is broken and makes a horrible sound when turned on. 13. The outside shower cannot be locked from inside.

Breathtaking views at this private oasis! We loved the beach, the kitchen was stocked and we enjoyed evenings in the hot tub. 5 star!!

We had a really nice time so do not let that deter you. I hope this is more informational to step up the cleaning game. We had to wipe everything down after finding hairs sand and dirt in fridge on countertops and in tubs.. that aside however it really is a great property! Great location you are on the secluded side of the beach . You can literally walk miles on the beach which we did every morning. Some people complained of the walk to the beach but honestly it was not bad, I think overall from the house to the water it was half a mile. The house was great and the amenities were perfect for our stay with the pool especially. To clarify everything else was clean like the bed linens , rooms etc. we had a great stay and would recommend

Great location Would have appreciated to have been given some dishwashing detergent and dishwashing supplies however for this price

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views were amazing. The house suited our needs perfectly. The living room sofa and one chair were not as clean as I would have wanted, but overall the house was clean, spacious and was the right place for us to quarantine. We would certainly come again!
