The 3rd bedroom/loft has 1 queen and 1 double bed. Beach is a short walk and has private stair access. Complex has two pools, a spa, tennis and basketball courts. Stayed Aug 16, 2025We came here for a week family vacation. The Accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. We were a bit nervous about the lack of air conditioning, but the house cooled off pretty quickly with the windows open and the fans on. The property was very clean and the hosts responded quickly. The gated community was quiet and safe and close to a lot of different activities. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Amazing trip. House was perfect for family and friends gathering with Awesome sunsets. Great location in leucadia/Enciniditis. Has beach, amenities, house is equipped with all you need. Perfect for vacation, business trip or just some rest and relaxing!

Stayed Mar 24, 2025The location is fantastic. The Seabluffe community is right on the ocean. The two pools are also great (one with a hot tub). The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023The place is a great size for our family of 4. There is easy (private) access to the beach, and public access a shortbwalk or drive. San Diego's attractions are a bearable drive away, and it is nice to curl up in a quiet place after a day at the zoo or Sea World. There are some quirky dining options a short walk away, and even more if you drive. Neighbors are very friendly. The office and gate staff are wonderful. Definitely on our list for a return trip.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022This VBRO is a winner. Location and accommodation were both excellent. It was all that was advertised and more. We had a full house with small kids and there was plenty of room and everything we need. I highly recommend.
