Amazing home with upmost of cleanliness. Beautiful views, accommodations to the nines.

House was perfect for my parents and family! Everything was on one level, no stairs, perfect for my parents. Everything was clean, had extra supplies if needed (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap), and had great kitchen setup, everything you would need & extra.

Open new floor plan and gorgeous views. Lots of room for couples and kids. Powerful hot tub.

Loved our time at Casa Ponderosa!! This house has everything you need for a Vrbo. Enjoyed the views, hot tub and well stocked house. This house is gorgeous and kept very clean. It’s about a 23 minute drive to Santa Fe, but very easy drive.

Physical description of property was excellent. Kids loved the bunk beds set up. Open kitchen/dining/great room was great. Suggestion: shade for kitchen window by range. Only complaint was poor coordination between Vacasa and VRBO about how may people that the house could accommodate.

The house was clean and spacious but very close to the neighbors property. The location was convenient to Santa Fe. It would be better if they had an 11 am check out instead of 10 am. The rate was not inexpensive. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but did not have any napkins, saran wrap, tin foil or zip lock bags for food storage.

Wonderful house with thoughtful high end touches to the property to include radiant floor heating, hot tub, and espresso machine. Beautiful interior design with comfortable meeting areas. Slight drive to town and grocery supplies lighting in neighborhood/driveway is poor but fine. Small leak near window in the back right bedroom after a severe thunderstorm but minimal and not recurrent Great bedrooms with a room that has six bunk beds ideal for families with several children Hot tub was wonderful. Bathrooms were fabulous and well stocked Great girls weekend location and layout

A truely special place just outside of Santa Fe. From star gazing to relaxing in the hot tub you can’t go wrong with this spot. Tons of trails for walking, a grocery store 8 minutes away and very peaceful and quiet. The home was stocked with everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. Sitting outside looking at the mountains in the morning was such a treat. Will definitely book again!

The house was comfortable, well stocked and large enough for a girls weekend for 8. The home was even better Han the pictures. The only downside was the house was 20 minutes driving from Santa Fe. Would definitely recommend it.

The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is stunningly beautiful! The views were picture perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is! Communication is top notch!

We loved this property! The house was new, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. The start-gazing was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Super nice place that is a recent build. Far out from the Santa Fe attractions, but gorgeous, with nice rooms for a family and a functioning jacuzzi. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Property manager does not respond to communication so be aware of that, but we had no major problems while there. Also, they really want you to download the Vacasa app, which is separate from VRBO. It's because its a corporate owner, not an individual. Quiet neighborhood, big starry sky, spacious common area all made for a nice friends trip.

The adult females of my family meet once a year. This house had everything we needed. Spacious room with lots of seating and sleeping spaces. Lots to do, including corn hole and hit tubbing. Kitchen was well stocked. It was close enough to drive into Santa Fe, but far enough out to feel secluded and enjoy the mountain views.

Everything you could want within reach. Beautifully decorated. All amenities you have at home. Complete solitude and PEACEFUL!!
