You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into your favorite storybook, surrounded by whimsical touches like fairy lights, cozy nooks, and earthy decor.

This home was recently renovated to bring the forest inside every room. While it retains its historic 1909 character with original hardwood floors and arched doorways, the design is filled with unique, modern surprises. You'll discover delightful features like wall murals, a solid quartz kitchen countertop that glows softly, and bathroom faucets that light up and change color with the water's temperature. One bathroom even features a unique vessel sink sitting atop a locally-sourced tree trunk!

Fully-Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy a well-appointed coffee/tea bar and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Family-Friendly: Traveling with little ones We provide a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, children's books, toys, and dinnerware for your convenience.

Communication with Troy was clear and helpful. The home is uniquely decorated, and we enjoyed the experience.The home is close to great restaurants and skiing, which was the reason we were up there.We would definitely go back.

This is a magical place for a young family and for the 92-year-old. I smile at each little whimsical delight just thinking about it.Negatively I had trouble with the outside railing and the turn at the turn at top of upper stairway.This house was accessible, clean and comfortable and we appreciated the available garage.We had a wonderful three days in the parks and area zoo and thank you for the use of this pleasant abode. We hope to return in the future.

Lovely, Lovely, Immaculate home! Beds were very comfortable! Coffee set up was great! Juicy big towels and enjoyable showers. Felt like we walked into a Secret Garden with all the decor! Garage was a plus to park car! Surrounding neighborhood clean!

Our family was charmed by the whimsical atmosphere of this property. Check-in was super easy, thanks to Troy’s well-communicated and detailed instructions. Fairy lights and little visual surprises welcomed and delighted us all. The beds were so cozy, the air conditioners were quiet and easy to use. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and held its very own secret details to discover. Best of all the entire property was super clean! Even the little back entry sparkled from every corner. There were so many wonderful decor choices, although we were a little put off by all the plastic greenery hanging everywhere- we sometimes felt like we were in a scene from Jumanji The overall experience offers a super sweet environment that truly feels enchanted!

The house was indeed enchanted. It was a fun place to stay with my kids. It was close to Duluth with only a 10 to 15 minute drive to attractions. Every little detail was thought of in the home to make it magical. I do recommend it.

We were in town visiting our son who is a student at UMD. This home provided a home base that was well located to restaurants and a grocery store. There was plenty of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. It was fun to look around and discover all of the whimsical details in the decoration.

This property was a great location for getting around Canal Park and Duluth. Cute decor and spacious dining and living room. Troy was a 10 out of 10 host too!
