First floor features a gorgeous 2-story living/dining area with stone flooring, huge eat-in kitchen with custom cabinets, butler's pantry, and guest bedroom all open to fantastic courtyard with pool and covered dining area with fireplace. Mudroom with washer/dryer are off the back entrance.

Upstairs master has vaulted ceilings, large master bath with separate soaking tub and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bath, and another washer/dryer complete the upper floor layout. This large lot allows for 2-car guest parking behind the main house, plus 2-car garage.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

There were a number of issues during the week. Urine in the toilet upon arrival, tools left in one of the bathrooms, broken glass on the bathroom floor and in the shower, tiles near pool broken and creates a safety issue, shower door in master bath falling off, microwave was broke, outlets pulling out of the wall, and an out dated TV with no instructions. Would not stay here again, especially for 16K for the week.
