Stayed Apr 4, 2026The property was excellent for my dog (large border collie); lots of yard to run and the property manager was kind dealing with our pet.The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. It's hard to be excellent in this area since there are so many personal preferences with cooking. It has service for about 8.There is a fire pit outside.Generous room for parking.Excellent floorplan! EACH room is sizable; even the main bathroom. They have board games in one of the BRs. The property is quiet!!!This is a mature neighborhood; it feels safe.We had to use Amazon; it is helpful to know the mailbox is on the street.There is a smart TV so you can access streaming services.The property manager responds to messages quickly. All communication was polite and friendly.The washer & dryer was very helpful. The porch with a picnic table & TV was a bonus.We would absolutely stay here again. Wilmington is a wonderful place to visit!!! Highly suggest a visit to Airlie Gardens, Cape Fear Seafood Company, downtown Wilmington, Indochine Restaurant, Ivy Cottage Antiques.

Stayed Jan 26, 2026The home was nice and clean. Something I really appreciate. Decent location for us, close to grocery, restaurants, beach, downtown, etc. We stayed in January, so not a beach vacation but enjoyed ourselves just the same. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This house was perfect for a getaway close to the beach. On a non-busy day it only took 10 minutes to be at Wrightsville Beach. The house is decorated with a fun, beach vibe. It was fully stocked and there are plenty of spaces to hang out inside and outside as a group.
