Elk Court Luxury Mountain Retreat, Sleeps up to 16 people

We really enjoyed our stay. Three families, 12 total all had plenty of space. There is a closet downstairs that is full of all the classic board games. The ping pong table got plenty of use, as did the hot tub. The bathrooms need more hooks for hanging towels to dry. That is my common complaint amongst all STRs.

Great property!

The house was great! The location was wonderful with skiing, hiking (not enough snow for snowshoes), and ice fishing (Fraser ponds) all within 10 minutes. We played games (Hitster, Wingspan), puzzles, hot tub, video games, and ping-pong. We all fit comfortably in the house. Thank you, Lisa

It was a very nice house with lots of room for 5 couples to enjoy a weekend away. Beautiful views from the porch. We saw a bear behind the house. We took advantage of the hot tub in the evenings after exploring Winter Park.

Great place for a extended family get away

The property was in a beautiful area and it is a beautiful house. There are lots of beds and bedrooms with nice linens and pillows. There is also a great hot tub. The only things it needs is outdoor seating. It’s such an amazing view with a nice patio and a deck but only had 4 plastic chairs to sit on. We also needed some storage type containers in the kitchen to put food in the fridge after cooking. We couldn’t find any containers or storage bags. It was clean but could use a deep clean. There were some dead bugs and possibly mouse droppings under a bed. Overall though an amazing house and location and worked great for our family.

Overall great place for our family. Minor repairs needed on window cranks and some deeper cleaning needs to be done. But overall great place for us. Owners were great at responding when contacted.

We do this trip every year, renting different homes throughout Colorado. This home was one of the top that we’ve ever rented loved it.

Check in was easy. House was clean, and very spacious. We had 3 families (12 people) and fit very comfortably. I would stay here again.

We stayed over new years with four families. The house was wonderful. We look forward to staying there again next year!

The home was very cozy and perfect for our weekend stay!

Pros: Well-stocked kitchen Lots of space for big family Nice fireplace Decent hot tub Tons of games and kid activities Lots of extra towels available, as well as access to washer/dryer Extra mini-fridge and microwave in the basement Kids enjoyed the ping pong table (and that room is nicely sound proofed) Cons: Terrible mattress in master bedroom; husband ended up sleeping on the couch Master bathroom shower head not functioning properly (wouldn’t turn, so couldn’t adjust the setting) Everything was dusty Not enough dining spaces; only room for 8 at the table with no extra chairs of the appropriate height (there were 3 counter-height chairs we pulled up to the table, but it was awkward) Listing showed an air hockey table but this was not present. My 9 year old was very excited about this Overall it was a great cabin at a good price. We enjoyed our weekend.

Beautiful property and location. Had an awesome time. Saw a moose just outside our front door which was worth the price of admission! Thank you for helping our family make great lasting memories!

We had mixed group of people. Plenty of space to spread out. 14 of us stayed here. Location was a plus for us as we went up to Granby and to Winter Park. All over a great property.

Very nice home with plenty of room. Although it is a rental there are many touches that make it feel homey. Very smooth check-in and great communication with the host. This home is nicer than the photos
