Our cottage is the 2nd house back from the beach and sits on a private driveway shared with our other 2 cottages. Have trouble with steps We have an elevator that will whisk you from the cement parking pad under the house to the main floor. Or perhaps lugging heavy suitcases up the steps is not something you are fond of. Place them in the elevator and up you go. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, a/c and heat, and a covered

Stayed Oct 2, 2025This is the perfect house for our group of seniors. Everything on one floor after using elevator to transfer our luggage and food. Very clean with a great layout. We used the sunroom alot. View of ocean from there and living room. We loved this home so much we already booked it for 2026.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Great location near beach. Easy short walk. Charming roomy older home; elevator was wonderful for my husband with mobility problems. Sunporch was big and had good view (between houses fronting the beach) of the ocean.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Our multigenerational family went for a week and this house was perfect. Easy walk to beach and shops/restaurants, nice kitchen, and elevator was a lifesaver for my elderly mom. Dog loved the dog beach hours!

Stayed Sep 28, 2024We stayed for a week with our family and two dogs. Everything was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and close to so many places to eat. Not to mention the ocean being less than half a block away. The owner was helpful and always easy to get in contact with. We will be back for sure.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024A spacious house located off the street with all amenities we wanted for a family vacation with our family. We are planning to come back next year which will be our third visit! The landlord is helpful and friendly. The property is clean and well maintained!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024First time we stayed at the 'middle house' in the three house set owned by the great contact folks -- a bit more room, great ceiling fans everywhere, new Roku setup so we could watch our own streaming services any time, and as always owners really responsive. Hope we can go back next year if spaces are available!
