The place is very quiet and the communication was great and at time they are helpful for any issues and everything was great

this property is very near to state park. also one indian restaurant is back street and 7-11. it's very convenient. 10/10 highly recommended. if you visit try contact property manager .

Nice place, very clean. Small bathroom but had everything my wife and I needed. Close to Niagara Falls and short drive to Buffalo.

Pleasant unit in a dicey but interesting neighborhood (we like old neighborhoods - you can sense their history, etc). Beds are a bit ancient, but we enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Very clean and convenient. Walkable to the falls. Cute little apartment.

Parking on the street is a bit confusing however there is alternative parking off the street. Property is very secure! We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood it is a bit sketchy but we didn’t see/hear anything out of the ordinary for being on a street in the CITY! Location was great! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Cleanliness of the property was great! When I had any questions, Dhvani (host) answered them in a very fast response time called me or text me which I was very impressed by! I will recommend this property to others I know that are going to Niagara Falls or if we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable stay very close to the falls. Unfortunately the neighborhood itself is a bit run down with boarded and broken windows but we had a calm and very peaceful stay.

This property is minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park which was our whole point of being in the area. Everything was as it appears on the listing, the property was clean and check in/out was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only reason for 4 stars is the neighborhood was kind of “iffy”, but we knew that going in from previous reviews. We had a great time and very memorable trip.

We had a great stay and trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend. The host was very responsive and gave easy instructions for check in and check out. The neighbor hood was a little run down and we choose to stay in at night.

Stayed one night. No issues. Easy access. Great communication with the host. Listing is as described. Couldn’t be happier.

The Images looks awesome than what the property is. Its an very old house with new renovations done. The property is ok ok , near to niagara falls. I would rate 4 star. Its pricing is good as per the property and location. the house was very clean and neat.

We were there just one night to view the falls. This is a lovely, clean place to stay, I only wish we could have stayed longer. Great communication with the host, Dhavani. Will stay again on our next visit!
