Very clean house, plenty of space for family of five. Property management super easy to work with. Would stay again for sure.

OUTSTANDING rental! Had 10 adult kids with us and the place was beyond perfect. Tons of space and private space. The details and well equipped facility really made a difference. The management company was beyond attentive and fast! I highly recommend for quiet peaceful and restful trip

The Hot tub seem to be on a timer for it did not get warm until evening. There should be something about the hot tub in the book so you are aware. We had several days of cool temps and it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub during the day. Another suggestion is to list in the book that quiet time starts at 10 pm in BOLD big letters so all are aware. I know it's a city ordinance but it gets lost in all the wording.This was a beautiful outstanding home, one of my favorite. Thank you

We had a great stay. Loved the bottles of shampoo, bodywash and conditioner in all of the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Great to have a nice supply of tp, kleenex and cotton swabs and cotton rounds. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Would have loved some decaf coffee. Kitchen well stocked. We loved seeing a manatee and sting ray in the water way from the upper deck. Pool was heated nicely during the day and it was cooler while we were there. Hot tub is heated at night warmer and that was great too. Location is great to get to all the things in Marathon. Quiet neighborhood. Was fun walking to sunset beach during the day and at sunset (much busier) and they do a whole song thing. Thanks for a great stay. Our daughters loved the blue lights in the ceiling bedrooms. No drapes just the wood shutters so bedrooms were a bit brighter than we're accustomed to. Foosball table leg was loose. Let managing company know. Luckily no one got hurt. Overall a very comfortable and wonderful house. Wasn't sure where life jackets were for kayaks, but didn't ask either. Lots of fun playing ping pong, pool and air hockey.

Nice home, our 4th year in Key Colony, this was the best so far, hands down!

We had a wonderful stay, the home is gorgeous and is everything that it said it was and more. Great location.. The host was wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating. The Home had everything we needed to enjoy a week in the keys. We will definitely stay in the house again on our next trip down to the Keys.

From the time we booked our stay it has been the easiest communication ever. Monica has been right on top of getting back to me with every question I have had. When we pulled into the driveway of the home it is absolutely beautiful and then you walk in the door and it is stunning. There are 3 amazing bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms and two amazing bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The kitchen and great room is open and airy and so roomy for a family of a larger size. You can eat on the balcony if you wish or inside. There is a ping pong table downstairs and a game room with a pool table and tv. There is your main kitchen upstairs and a kitchen downstairs. The pool is incredible with an outdoor grill area and table to dine at. A full bathroom by the pool. An outdoor shower and an ice maker that was so nice to have! We were able to dock two boats down on the dock. We were able to store our bait in the freezer that is down on the dock so that it did not waste. We let Monica know before our arrival that we had a two year old coming and they made sure that we had a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a baby camera on hand a pack “n” play and a bassinet. Just to make sure we had those things on hand was so great! We were also left with basic necessities such as trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper & paper towels. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We loved it and would definitely come back. Monica was the best :)

The house was absolutely beautiful and has it all! My husband and I have stayed several times in Key Colony Beach and this was by far the most well appointed home. Has EVERYTHING! Great and spacious for 5 couples and the outside space including the dock were superb. Monica was fantastic and was available if we needed anything!! Will definitely be back!!

House was exactly as described. We stayed a week and was a party of 13. House has everything you need, was very clean. Host is very accommodating and is prompt to answer any question. We will definitely return.

Our family of 11 had an unforgettable stay at this incredible home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout and thoughtful amenities. The five huge bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, provided plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone. The great room and kitchen were beautifully designed and fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed for home-cooked meals.The outdoor space was the highlight of our trip! The amazing pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the private dock made for great fishing adventures. We also loved spending our evenings at Sunset Park, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each night.Extras like the game room, washer/dryer, and elevator made our stay even more convenient. This home had everything we could have asked for and more. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and fun-filled getaway!

Wonderful family trip over Christmas. The house was in great condition and exactly as advertised (little bigger even). Walking into Christmas decorations, including a tree, was a pleasant surprise. Host was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Everyone had a great time in the Keys.
