Recently renovated, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit was once part of an Edwardian cottage which has been converted into three separate residences. With polished floorboards in the living areas, the unit has a large galley kitchen and open plan dining/living space with a sofa that converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity to four people. It’s close to Goulburn’s Town Centre and walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes, Goulburn train station and Goulburn Courts.

The space
Enter this newly renovated unit into a foyer space and to the right, you’ll find an open plan living/ kitchen area with polished floorboards throughout. The kitchen has a big island bench-top and stools, four-burner gas cooktop, under bench oven and family-sized fridge. It flows through to the living space which has beautiful authentic period features harking back to its original Edwardian architecture, mixed with modern touches.

A large flatscreen TV hangs above a fireplace with a gas heater built into it, while the two-seater sofa converts into a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to four people if required. In the roomy bedroom, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, occasional chair and wardrobes with plenty of room for extended stays.

The bedroom has a view of the front porch and an extended stepped front lawn. Back in the foyer, to the left, you’ll find a good-sized bathroom with a modern frameless glass shower recess and heat lamp for the colder months. A European-style laundry has a washing machine/dryer combined.

    The property was very clean and cosy. The host was also very lovey and helpful getting us all checked in. The location was very handy as it was walking distance to everything in town. Would definitely recommend :)

    My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend in February and had a beautiful time! House is stunning and beautifully renovated with all amenities you need for a few days' stay. Literally 5 minute walk from Goulburn CBD including the pubs, park, good cafes etc. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and always available to recommend local places to check out and provide advice or help as needed. I can't recommend this place enough - would absolutely stay again!

    Lovely host. Quiet residential area near historical buildings. Only a 10 min walk to town centre which was great. Chic decor.

    I had a initial 2 week stay that I needed to extend for an extra week. The owner was quick with communication and was excellent to deal with. Property was as expected through the advertised listing and pictures. Great location with a short walk to shops and main street. Highly recommend Just wanted to say a big thank you to the owner for extending themselves to accommodate an unexpected change in my work itinerary !!
