*****Inhumane and robotic treatment when faced with tragedy*****I contacted this host five days before check-in to cancel after a tragic sudden unexpected death in our immediate family. I asked for compassion and a partial or full refund. The response? A cut-and-paste reminder that refunds are only allowed 30 days prior—no exceptions, followed by a suggestion to “rebook at a better time.”When phone calls replaced emails, things got worse. My spouse spoke with their office twice. Both times we were promised a supervisor would call back. No one ever did. Not once. In an already devastating week, this host’s indifference made everything harder. Why this matters:Rigid policy over basic humanity. They denied any accommodation despite extraordinary circumstances.Broken communication. Two promised callbacks that never came.Tone-deaf upsell. Telling a grieving family to “rebook” is unconscionable.Travel plans fall apart for all kinds of reasons. Decent operators show flexibility and empathy when tragedy strikes. This one didn’t. I won’t book with them again, and I’d urge anyone who values compassion and reliable communication to look elsewhere.

Just returned from our stay and have to say that we thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse. Perfectly located in a central location near Old Town and a block from the Poudre River. The home itself is comfortable and clean and decorated in a charming travel theme. The rooftop deck has a gorgeous view of the sunset over the Rockies. Yep…would definitely stay here again if they’ll have us! Thanks, Stacy!

This property was perfect for our group of four. We enjoyed the sun on the upper patio and the privacy of the two ensuite rooms. The walk into town was easy too.

The townhouse was just okay. The bathrooms were tiny, and there wasn't any place to put your clothes unless you kept them in your suitcase. The beds were comfortable.

Came in for Parents & Family weekend at CSU. Had my wife and I, our 17 year old son, and our daughter who lives off campus but stayed with us during our visit. Great location near Old Town but very convenient to get to campus for tailgating and football game. House is very clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. The hot tub was a nice way to wrap up the evenings. Used the grill which worked perfectly. Bedrooms are a little small but worked well for what we needed. Family room furniture is nice and had access to cable and various streaming services. Check in and out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our two-week vacation in Ft Collins. Lovely unit with interesting aviation themed decor. Lapis lazuli blue tile in the kitchen and baths is gorgeous. Beds were very comfortable, not too firm or too soft. Nice kitchen appliances. Bathrooms were very clean. Loved the hot tub and was pleased with how it is maintained. Very clean, easy to use. Wonderful quiet neighborhood.

Communication was great with Stacy throughout the pre-stay and through the stay. Property was as described and suited our family well for the most part. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of televisions, and the hot top was an added treat. The kitchen was equipped for light meals, carry-in meals but not for big family meals that we typically cook. It had all you needed for cocktails, wine, mixed drinks, etc. but not many juice/milk glasses. I had inquired about this before arriving and had been assured that there would be adequate kitchen supplies. I was glad we had brought our own electric griddle. It also lacked adequate towels, pot holders, dish rags, etc. to adequately clean the kitchen. The house manual clearing stated that we were not to wash linens/towels that they would provide extras if asked. But, when we did, they said it was peak season and that they couldn't provide any, thus, we were to wash our own. The only other concern was that there was a massive outbreak of some sort of bug in the neighborhood and the house was full of bugs. We tried to stay on top of them and shared our concern with the landlord. They were apologetic and said they had called an exterminator to take care of the problem once we left. All that being said, the owners insisted they would correct all these concerns and, if they did/do, then it is a place well-worth staying at. The location is great for a day in Estes Park, a river float trip, downtown shopping, etc. Just go prepared!

We were worried about six of us staying in a one bedroom/one bathroom but the main room is much larger than it looks in the pictures and it worked out great. The location was perfect as we were so close to our daughter’s art show and so many restaurants and shops.

The property itself was nice. But from the time we checked in we had a huge issue with earwigs. Our first night there we must have killed 30 of them. I notified our contact person and she had someone come out to spray. It continued to be an issue and I asked if there was a vacuum on site to clean them up. The earwigs continued to be an issue. They were on the walls, ground, kitchen counters, showers and in my daughter’s bed. I made the contact person aware the day of check out and suggested the home needs more than a “spray”. Her response was, “thanks, I’ll let my team know.” Extremely disappointed in how it was handled. We were quite disgusted overall with the place.

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. Great location and within walking distance to Old Town, New Belgium Brewery and Poudre bike trail. Super clean and cute townhouse. Loved the hot tub. Also, loved that they have a 10pm quiet curfew. If we ever return to Fort Collins, we will definitely book this townhouse again.

This place was great! Very clean and well stocked which was super nice. The location is great and plenty of space. Please consider providing more towels. Women with lots of hair need more than one towel to shower:) otherwise would certainly stay here again!
