HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

    This house was spacious and modern without feeling sterile. It was very clean and well laid out and seemed to be well built - I’m guessing it’s only a few years old. This house is on the edge of the Algiers Point neighborhood and is about a block from the levee trail. You’re about .5 -.75 miles from the ferry. We enjoyed Barracuda for tacos and Drift Inn for burgers and really enjoyed walking around those areas admiring the local houses. With no traffic you’re 15 minutes from the French Quarter and 20 from Uptown/magazine street. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and riding their scooters on the levee. There is a large TV in the main room, and no additional TVs. The WiFi was fast and the kitchen was very well appointed- probably the best I’ve experienced at a short term rental. They were also generous with the shower toiletries and laundry detergent. All in all this was a great place and we’d definitely stay here again!

    Great location if you are not wanting to stay in the French Quarter with privacy. Very quick drive and or walk to the Ferry to take to the French Quarter. Ferry runs from 6am to 1145pm during the summer.All furniture was very comfortable, lots of utensils in the kitchen. Lots of towels throughout the house. Lighting was great in the house and very spacious. Front driveway has a big incline so be cautious when parking. Overall this was best vacation home that I have stayed in. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

    The home was immaculate and updated. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion is the ladder to the loft up top try getting stairs instead of a ladder.

    The location is ideal. 20 minute walk to the ferry and 10 minute ride to the French Quarter. We had a series of unfortunate events that were not in anyone's control and the property manager sent us a maintenance team immediately. We could not have asked for better communication and assistance. The beds and every piece of furniture was very comfortable, plenty of towels, plenty of street parking just don't attempt the driveway unless you have a high clearance vehicle. We rent VRBOS frequently and this house is in our top 5 for sure.

    Amazing property from the bathrooms to the kitchen 1st class design and luxury. We had our 5 and 7 year old and needed room for them to run around. We decided against staying in the French quarter and we were so glad we chose this property. Only about a 12-15 minute drive to Jackson square and every place you need to be is accessible from this property’s location.Host was super responsive and checked in with us constantly. AMAZING family trip and when we come back we will be staying here without a doubt!

    The property was PERFECT for our stay. 8 of us came to town for Falcons game & everyone was comfortable. It was cold so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, but the set up was so cute! Convenient to Bourbon St. Stay here won’t disappoint!!
