Stayed Jun 13, 2025This was a great place for families, but we had no idea there was 3 levels. Luckily the almost 2 year old was good at navigating stairs or else it could have been a disaster. It would be helpful to have that information ahead of time... and elderly with bad knees would have a problem as well.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024We had a wonderful time at graduation and this beautiful property let us all be together! It's an older house, and that comes with charm and a few challenges. But very much worth it. Careful with GoogleMaps - seems to take us to the back alley of the house, but there is parking out front.

Stayed Sep 21, 2023We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday here and it was a perfect choice. The two kitchens, front and back patio, and the location close to downtown and the campus made it a good fit. On the weekend the street is a little lively at night, but nothing to deter us from staying here again. Neighbors were very friendly and check in and check out was easy. One thing to note...don't bother to try and check in before 3:00. The key pad will not let you in the house until check in time and will promptly lock you out. :) We recommended this location to our friends who have a son graduating this year from CSU.

Stayed Sep 6, 2023Great house for a variety of types of gatherings. Two complete kitchens, all bedrooms are comfortable and have good access to bathrooms, nice patios and backyard. Convenient walk to several food options and a Target. Very clean, great communication, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
