The kitchen had everything we needed. It was graciously stocked with coffee, creamer, some other beverages and a welcome bottle of wine. The location was perfect to walk to the plaza. It was a perfect getaway place.

Amazing property close to downtown Sonoma. Loved the complementary coffee with real creamer and wine. So fast with the no signal in the bedroom tv. Great communication with the owner!

Perfect spot within walking distance of the plaza. Walking distance to grocery, laundry, trails, wine and restaurants. The property manager could not have made things any easier and communication with her was easy and as frequent as needed- very responsive. A joy to work with!

First and Foremost it was as described. The apartment was immaculate, spacious living area, a lovely deck, a full kitchen which we made very good use of. The bedroom was large, plenty of closet space and a delightful bed. A lovely bathroom and shower and plenty of linens. Short walk to the shopping are and a square of very nice restaurants.

Very quiet location right in downtown Sonoma. We were able to walk to the city square, dining and shopping quite easily. Very clean with a nice kitchen, outdoor balcony space, very comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Very friendly host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We used to live in Sonoma. This well appointed, very comfortable and super welcoming apartment was perfect for our 10 day visit. We barely drove at all because we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Manager was kind and responsive. Easy check in. We will return. Thank you!

This property in Sonoma has it all! Check-in was a breeze. The place was maticulusly cleaned. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare your food at home. Furniture in the main area was very comfortable and the bed is phenomenal. Great parking in a well lit safe area. We completely enjoyed our 8 nite stay!

We stayed at Pat's place for the Napa2Sonoma half marathon and girls trip. It was the perfect location for the half marathon, just 2 blocks walk to Sonoma Plaza which was the packet pick up, shuttle pick up, and finish line and festival. The penthouse was immaculately clean, very well appointed, comfortable beds. There were 3 of us ladies who stayed there, and even the sofa bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, everything you may need for your stay. A nice balcony to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. Quick walk to many restaurants and shops on the square. Very easy parking behind the building. The instructions for check in and accessing the penthouse were provided with plenty of advance notice and were very easy to follow. Pat was a wonderful host, extremely responsive and accommodating. We would recommend her place to anyone visiting Sonoma.
