Stayed Jul 7, 2025Ideal property for our needs. The downstairs bedroom/living space was perfect for my teenager. He basically had his own apartment. The rest of the house was perfect as well. This property is conveniently located close to old town and CSU. It’s in a neighborhood where traffic noise is NOT an issue. I’m already looking forward to another visit in September and October!!To the person who mentioned parking is in an alley. It is not. Parking is in the driveway before you reach the small apartment complex behind the house. It is not an alley. It is a safe and quiet area off the street.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025This was the perfect house for a weekend visit with our CSU student. It's so close to campus we could walk, and just a short drive to her dorm. Now that our kids are teens, we appreciate having a separate space for them - so the layout was perfect. Everything felt very clean and new!

Stayed Mar 12, 2025This is a great property. Two beds up and a bathroom, One bed and bath downstairs. Wonderful front porch. Walkable to CSU and Old Town. It is not a detached property. It is attached in the back to an apartment building with 6 units. You park in the alley in side of house with the apartment renters. It was fine, but in case you are wanting a backyard, there is not one. Front porch was good for relaxing though. Overall, the cleanest VRBO I think I’ve stayed in. Beds were VERY comfortable. I cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything. I’d definitely stay again. 5 plus stars!!!
