Maintenance
- Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, taking out the trash, watering the grass etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.

Mailboxes
- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

The guest have access to all areas of the house except the cleaner's closet.
