Stayed Nov 6, 2024Chose this house to recuperate after surgery in Nola. Gabe was very responsive and home just as described. Appreciated the quiet neighborhood yet in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Exactly as pictured, plenty of space for our 6 people. Great restaurants that are walkable. Easy uber ride to French Quarter and SO MUCH QUIETER!! We did have some maintenance issues, but they were handled promptly and with a smile. It is an older property, but that is to be expected with most of New Orleans.

Stayed May 1, 2024We were in town for Jazz Fest. This location was close enough to walk to the Fest, several good restaurants and even a grocery store.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024The house was the perfect fit for our group. We had an event in city park so the house was a short drive and located to several coffe shops and restaraunts within walking distance. The house itself was very clean with plenty of room for all 6 in our party to spread out.

Stayed Aug 26, 2022We enjoyed our stay overall. The house was just as the listing described. The floor in the back bedroom is unstable, though. Also, the street was under construction which made driving difficult.
