Elegant Loft-Style Retreat in Old Firehouse Alley

Charmiing exterior. Spacious, beautiful loft like great room with an elegant bedroom and a large bath. Great for a couple. Perfect for exploring downtown on foot. Comfortable bed. Writers and readers like us will appreciate the big table and cozy seating areas.

This property is one of the greatest we have stayed at-Unique, Historical, Spacious, Convenient. The only thing we didn't like was that the TV came up You did not subscribe to this channel for ESPN, Disney, CNN, Bloomberg, NBC Sportsnetwork and MSNBC.

Absolutely charming spot right in the heart of old town! Check-in was very simple, and the host was very easy to work with. Parking was right outside the front door. The rental itself was so cute, and well appointed. The clawfoot tub was amazing! Great get away for my husband and I.

This is a located in a unique and interesting old building in downtown Fort Collins. I was initially drawn to the photos that depict old charm, along with the high ratings, but this place needs some updating and cleaning. Not true to the photos in my opinion. It is old and contains a very strong odor which permeates when you enter. Kind of creepy….There is also an unusual and mysterious set of stairs down to an underground basement which is roped off with a sign stating “ No entry beyond this point”. There is a banister near the staircase but seems unusual.Not sure I would stay here again. The windows do not open, but there are a few fans that you can use to help with the foul odor. There is a pull out couch, plus an additional bedroom with glass doors though the curtains are very sheer and see through, so not at all private if in a group. The one great feature of this place is the location in downtown old Fort Collins which is so close to everything, and within walking distance to many of the cool and interesting places downtown. Overall for the cost I would not stay here again.

The perfect place if you want to walk into town, literally steps away, to eat, drink, shop or people watch. The hone is outstanding! Large enough to stretch out but cozy enough and very welcoming. Highly highly recommended!

Visiting my son in FOCO for 5 days and stayed at the Firehouse Alley. What a perfect property to take in all the action that FOCO has to offer. Located right off one of the main drags we were able to walk to everything we needed. Nice off street reserved parking. We were worried being in that location of nighttime noise but once 9pm came around it very quiet. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean, neat and organized. The only thing was we were unable to find live local news on the tv but had over 200 channels. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to return again

Enjoyed this renovated firehouse within walking distance to everything!

My adult daughter and I stayed a few days in this gorgeous and unique property. We lived the space, comfortable bed, lots of seating and everything we needed for the stay. Everything worked, kitchen had what we needed and the central location was so easy to stroll from for dinner, bars and shopping. Parking spaces were provided and were key! My only negative with the location was noise. Being in the middle of all the bars and restaurants meant trash pickup at very early hours. Dumpsters every day or so being emptied in the surrounding parking lots and alleys. The property manager did provide ear plugs and they were put to good use. Thoughtful touch! Just good to know. Would definitely recommend a stay here! It really was a lovely place.

Charming, clean & comfortable! This property is walking distance to bookstores, shopping, coffee spots and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay immensely and hope to return.

Perfect location and wonderful space. The loft is even bigger than it appears, a great place to hang with tons of light and well stocked with everything we needed. Was great to walk to everything FC has to offer.

Had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness, decor and location was excellent. Easy in, easy out. Loved the meatballs at Elliots just around the corner and the jazz street art by the food co-op near by. The art co-op was wonderful, too. First stay in Fort Collins and would absolutely stay here again!

In the heart of Old Town, this space was great - roomy, charming and within walking distance of the best of Fort Collins, and the mountains are a leisurely scenic drive away.

Good location, close and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.
