With elegant neutral decor this home is the perfect relaxation spot after work or a busy day exploring all that the location has to offer. Sitting amid a planned community just five minutes off the I35 the home is central to many Texas attractions. Only 30 minutes one way on the highway is downtown Austin, but the other way San Marcos, New Braunfels and Gruene are just a short drive away.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of room for up to 6 people. The large patio is furnished with comfortable seating and can be enjoyed all day as it is almost always shaded.

This is a turnkey solution as it is fully equipped for comfortable long term stays. In addition to the large living room, there is an office at the front of the house with a desk and monitor, and reading nook. There are four smart TVs with streaming services available. Some children’s toys, a playpen, board games, PlayStation and movies are also available for your enjoyment. You will also find a charcoal grill and outdoor cooler on the patio.

There is access to the community pool and splash pad until Oct 31st. A playground, stocked fishing pond, soccer fields and walking/jogging trails can be enjoyed year round.
