Stayed Sep 10, 2022My family has been visiting NC beaches annually for 30+ years and this is one of the best places we have experienced. The plusses are many but here are a few... House was clean and had been repainted within the past couple of years, kitchen/dining/gathering spaces were all part of an open floorplan, full wall of windows for great beach views, well stocked kitchen, all three of the upstairs bedrooms were beach-facing and had access to a second level deck, all (4) bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. This was a great spot!! We would definately come back.

Stayed Aug 29, 2020Overall the house was nice. Beautiful views. Nicely decorated. I did find mildew on downstairs bathroom shower curtain and bath mats could use updating.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020Went for full week with family and friends and were pleasantly surprised after arrival that the den furniture represented in listing pictures had been updated with a fresher look! Also, GREAT job on the new boardwalk decking that now leads all the way to the beach! Kitchen very well stocked with utensils and cookware. The only suggestion would be for a larger refrigerator to accomodate groups as large as 14. Everyone LOVED the large kitchen table and new 65 TV (when not on beach, deck or playing games). Beds are comfortable and great to have bathrooms off of each. We will definitely be back to the Elegant Egret!!
