Stayed Mar 28, 2026This property was nice and overall clean. There were a couple of minor things that i wish were cleaner but I saw a note on the counter that the host used a cleaning company and I can't fault the host on that. Richard was great and VERY communicative. Neighbors were friendly and offered some good suggestions for the area. Location is great for both Tampaand several beaches. I can't wait to go back.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025The host was great! The bed and couch were comfortable.Tv was great and the internet worked well. The house was very clean and I left it that way. Neighbors were very friendly when their pitbull got out and we could not walk our dog until 11:30 at night. The neighborhood was a little less than I expected, but turned out okay.The house has all the amenities you need. 12 minutes to Clearwater beach!! We saw some bugs but we sprayed with the can of Raid they left.
