Wonderful spot for walking to and from Sonoma square. Beautiful upstairs property with a vintage charm. The kitchen was great with pots, pans, plates, silverware even a few food storage. Wine glasses, drinking cups and bowls. It’s a short walk from Three sticks which has a wonderful atmosphere. There were ear plugs in the bathroom for if you were sensitive to sound. I usually bring mine so I didn’t need them. The shower is huge with a seat. The shower head is tiny but has a good flow. There is plenty of room for hanging clothes. The TVs are a bit on the small side but that just encourages you to talk to each other! The communication with the host was awesome and efficient. It is up two flights of stairs that seem to be a smaller step than normal (or maybe I just have large feet). The main issue I had was the top window in the bedroom did not have a blind. Which made it challenging to sleep because I’m extra sensitive to light. With the time change to it was rough. And the church next door has their lights that reflect off of their building. I’d absolutely stay here again if there was a curtain or a way to cover the window. The stay was worth every penny though.

It was neat, clean, and conveniently located with a shopping plaza across the street and only 3 blocks to the square with many restaurants and unique and special stores. Since I like to cook, I did appreciate the well equipped kitchen. I'd stay again.

This was not our first stay at this home, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Sonoma Square, with many good restaurant options, which is especially nice after a day of wine tasting. The bed is very comfortable, and we slept extremely well. The host is kind, helpful, and very accommodating, which we truly appreciate. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for couples. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Nice location, with many of Sanoma's best restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. Parking was very convenient. Overall the place is very cozy.

The place was fantastic. The location was perfect, it had dedicated parking and was walkable to so many places in Sonoma. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. The only slightly negative thing was the first time we got there it was kinda hard to find, it’s on the top floor of a t-mobile store which was a little odd, but once we found it the location was excellent

The apartment is very cute and clean. It's like stepping back in time. The bed was very comfortable and the location can't be beat. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and wine tasting bars. If we ever come back we would definitely stay there.

Came for 4th of July festivities & family. Great location. Nice to be upstairs. Beautiful well remodeled old building.

The only reason we gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because it is extremely noisy and on a busy street and no outside area.

This apartment is great. The built in cabinets are a nice antique touch. The bed was very plush and comfortable. My adult son stayed on the pullout sofa. There is only one bathroom and you have to go through the master to get to it. The building is on a busy street which can be noisy so bring earplugs. Only a 7 minute walk to the square, lots of restaurants and wine tastings that are walkable. The grounds at Buena Vista Winery were beautiful. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped.

I stayed here with my 2 sisters for our annual sisters trip. It was the perfect place to sit, drink wine and reconnect. Our favorite spot was the large, rustic farm table in the kitchen. While at the penthouse, this is where we spent most of our time. You can tell, this is a wise table -- we laughed, cried and argued (but mostly laughed) and I'm sure this table seen plenty of that, hence it's wisdom. When not reconnecting at the table, we were either sleeping (comfortably -- even the pull out) or at the square (a very short walk away). I highly recommend this place for any small group. It's just lovely. Thank you!

We loved this VRBO property! The space was very cozy and larger than anticipated! Both the pull out couch and the bed were very comfortable. Spacious, large shower. The property was the perfect walking distance to Sonoma square. I will be returning to this property next time, we loved it that much!

This property was a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops, and convenient to Napa/Sonoma counties. The gas fireplace was wonderful and there was plenty room in the unit.

Loved this place! Just two blocks from the square so we never needed to drive. We loved this well maintained historic building and apartment which had tremendous charm. Original wood floors, a beautiful fireplace (converted to a convenient and warm gas fireplace). Large sunny windows, comfortable kind bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked. Lots of linens, towels, soap and supplies. Such a charming little place. Would love to rent again.

This was a second stay in this property and it did not disappoint! Excellent ease of parking and check-in with generous amenities including coffee and wine! The apartment is spacious and luxe with many comforts. The living room with lots of natural light and the fireplace made for a very cozy place to relax and unwind. Close to everything on the square and the shopping plaza across the street. Extremely walkable. Host is kind and communicative.Would definitely recommend! (Many stairs at entrance, so be mindful of mobility when booking.)

Stayed here for a birthday soirée for my son. It was a great location and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is gorgeous and the living room with a fireplace was wonderful.

Everything from first communication to condition of the rental was great. Restaurant recommendations were appreciated; if you stay here don’t miss Salumeria Ovello 2 doors down. It’s amazing! Not having to drive into the square is worth it in spades. Can’t miss with this rental just be aware that light switches are not intuitive 😉

The unit was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and lovely as well as the kitchen. The living room however, needed modernization ( the furniture is very very dated ) as well as the televisions which are not mounted nor smart TVs. The unit was in a great location for walking into town, however is on a very noisy corner for instance at 6 AM the garbage trucks come. The manager was extremely communicative. However, the description fails to mention there are two full flights of stairs.

We had a lovely extended weekend staying at this spot so close to the Sonoma square. The rooms were clean and we loved the historic charm of this rental. We used the fireplace and enjoyed walking to different locations as they were so close. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Vrbo host and the perfect spot in downtown Sonoma. This listing is perfectly equipped and a great jumping off spot to discover Sonoma County and wine country. We would definitely stay here again and give our strongest recommendation to stay at this property. It’s close to everything and very comfortable and welcoming.

We were in for a wedding and this was the perfect location. We had everything we needed—we did not cook but the kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable (even the pull-out couch)! Great communication by the property manager. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Patricia was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. Thank you! The home is centrally located to the Square. We walked to/from dinner every night. Very clean as pictured and quiet. Cute little coffee truck about 2 blocks away at the gas station that we enjoyed walking to every morning. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit. We loved the apartment. It was clean, convenient, and spacious. It’s an easy walk to Sonoma Square (3 blocks). There are several grocery stores close by, Whole Foods is walking distance. The apartment was very well appointed. Patricia was attentive and quick to answer the phone. We would definitely stay there again!

Very charming and cozy place for our weekend trip. It is walkable to the square where all the action is. Just a couple of comments to note for future bookings. It is a Penthouse so there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit and the lock box location and the front of the building are a little confusing to find despite the detailed directions. This is being nit picky, but we would have liked a box of Tissue and ability to make ice (not just the frozen block in the freezer) Thank you for a lovely stay.
