With 2 kayaks provided for your use, venture 100 metres across the road and you are off enjoying the beautiful Smiths Lake. A combustion wood fire will keep you warm on those winter nights.

Eleebana meaning peace and quiet is situated in the Village of Smiths Lake and is a spacious open planned holiday home designed for relaxed holidays all year round.

The spacious decking positioned to take in filtered lake views with Seals Rock lighthouse in the distance is the perfect place to enjoy a lazy afternoon, whilst watching the children play on the large grassed front yard, then enjoy dining alfresco as you cook up a holiday feast on the Webber BBQ.

The decking opens off the large living space, with floor to ceiling windows bringing the outside in.

No matter the weather you will enjoy the relaxed views from the kitchen and living areas.

The comfortable lounges provide a great place to curl up with a book or catch up on your favourite TV shows, or choose a movie from our DVD library

Cook up a holiday feast or that quick and easy holiday meal and enjoy dining together at our 8 seater dining room table, plenty of room for all.
The kitchen is filled with quality cookware and the open planned living keeps you in touch with your family or friends as you prepare meals. Alternatively there are plenty of local dining options if you prefer not to cook.

Our loft is the perfect teen or child retreat, plenty of space to spread out, enjoy house board games or use the house Play station 2.

You will find 3 spacious bedrooms positioned, as the house name implies for peace and quiet, in this well designed holiday home.

Bedroom 1 : Queen bed, built in robes complete with ensuite~ in large shower area and hair dryer.

Bedroom 2 : Queen bed with bathroom opening on to from you room! Complete with hairdryer and bath. Perfect to unwind and relax within.

Bed 3: 2 sets of nautical built in bunks with plenty of room for children to spread out.

A separate powder room is tucked between the fabulous master bathroom generous sized full laundry with front loader washer and drier.

A single car garage is available for your use and plenty of driveway packing, ample room for your boat.

This self-contained holiday house is perfect for large families or 2 families looking forward to a great holiday.

Linen Hire of sheets and towels can be arranged with a local linen hire service, if you prefer to treat yourself in this area.

EXTRA GUESTS SURCHARGE OVER 6 PEOPLE: This is NOT calculated on online booking as we only change this once off and there is no facilitated for this as yet on the online booking function, please use “contact manager” ALTERNATIVELY you can put it through on online booking and I can amend the quote to be accepted by you prior to your booking.
The base booking number is 6 people and then there is a ONCE OFF surcharge of $100 an adult or $50 a child.Children under 3 years stay FREE.


LOCAL AREA:
Smiths Lake is a tranquil village complete with village shops which can cater for all of your needs.

There is a general sub/news store with groceries and vegetables, a butcher, baker, liquor store, hairdresser/beauty salon for the high maintenance group and the delightful TLC Cafe.

The liquor store carries an extensive range to BYO, and coffee and delicious take away or eat in meals are available at our village shopping centre's local cafe. Another great cafe is Frothy Coffee, open 7 days and situated on the lake at Amaroo alongside the boat ramp. You can enjoy a morning coffee and then hire watercraft at the sailing club there.

The local Bowling club provides a good option for families. There are other excellent cafes and restaurants at Bluey's and Boomerang along with a village shopping centre and the Kingfisher restaurant nearby.

On the Lakes Way, heading north to Forster you will find the Charlotte Bay shopping centre where you will discover the fish shop, famous for its local catch. The owner is a supplier to the best restaurants in Sydney. His fish is an experience indeed!

A medical practice and chemist are at Bluey's and Forster.

You will find Smiths Lake 3 hours from Sydney nestled between Seal Rocks and Forster.

Only a short distance to Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches, the glorious Celito beach is just across the sandbar, Elizabeth beach is perfect for families and patrolled during holidays and then for those naturalists amongst us there is the secluded Shellys's beach, truly a hidden secret of the region.

That's 5 beaches within 8 mins. ! Not to mention the beaches to be found a little further a field at Seals Rocks & Forster/Tuncurry area.

20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry.

Pacific Palms, Wallis and Smiths Lake are surrounded by National Parks with secluded pristine beaches. Smiths Lake is separated from the ocean by a natural sand bar and great for all water sports and safe swimming for the kids.
