Stayed Apr 11, 2025The place is amazing. It’s not far from all the beaches including El Tunco. All rooms were big and theirs plenty to do including a clean pool. You definitely need to know that the caretaker does live in the property!! Like next in the same area but Veronica is sweet and stayed to herself with her kids. They only came out when we needed something. Because of her we felt save to leave the property secured. I’m planning to come back again!

Stayed Jan 16, 2025The social bathroom was broken every time we flush we had to swiped the floor, so bag my sister 68 years old felt got a big Bruce on her arm. Also they will ask for more money besides that you already pay at arriving in the property.Dogs in the property!! Dog sleeping right outside my door on a hanging chair BARKING ALL NIGHT!! I won’t stayed again or recommend it.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024A few things I wish I knew before booking: 1/ no hot water, just cold water for shower. 2/ there are free roaming dogs and cats on property. There were fleas. 3/ tons of mosquitoes due to the heavy foliage, day and night. 4/ had to supply own toiletries, paper towel for cooking. 5/ very close to Main Street so loud merchandise cars selling things on loud speaker. 6/ next door had rooster that would crow all night long into the wee morning. This place is walking distance from Sanzal beach break but that was the only upside.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023We had a great stay. The lady that helped us out was there when we needed help and they’re very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place to stay and if I go back to visit I will definitely stay here again. Just a great experience overall
