AMAZING BEACH HOUSE ON A CLIFF, Spectacular OCEAN VIEWS & private beach access

We had a great rime at the house. Maria and Carlos are very friendly and attentive to our necessities we really recommend to anyone to stay there we are planning to go back soon.

This house is truly AMAZING!! So beautiful!! No exaggeration when they say AMAZING VIEWS!! Everything was on point. This place does not disappoint. I cannot say enough. Beds were comfy, place was immaculate.The property managers , Maria and her husband were great! Always ready to answer any questions and super nice! If I could give this place a perfect 10, I definitely would. I will absolutely be back!!

Our stay at the beach house on the cliff was absolute perfection. It was absolutely as advertised. The house has a wonderful layout and very accommodating for a large group. The entire property was spotless. We were impressed by the keepers Maria and Carlos from the minute they greeted us at arrival to our departure. The house, property and views are breathtaking. We will be back every chance we get.

I was expecting a little bit more of cleanliness, there were droppings of who knows, by the TV room and bedrooms upstairs. Unfortunately the bathroom outside near the pool is not connected to the sewer or septic tank but instead, it goes down a pipe and dropped into the ocean! it was sad to see...

The house was beautiful and right next door to Beto's restaurant which is a very popular restaurant in El Salvador. It was perfect because we didn't have a car so we went there a few times during our stay. We also ordered to go and they brought it over to us. The views of this place are amazing. It does have beach access but because of the high tide we couldn't use the beach. The pool was a big hit, the kids were in it everyday! The housekeeper and her family were so nice and very helpful with anything we needed. Maria even cooked us breakfast one morning which was delicious! The only downside is that the house did not have hot water so our showers were very cold.

16 ppl from 5 families stayed one week at this beautiful property. The house had many areas for lounging, eating and relaxing so we never felt like we were falling over each other. The location is just a short uber ride away from some great surf spots and night life if you want it

Very comfortable home to enjoy beach, pool, and amazing ocean views. Convenient location.

This is absolutely an amazing location to stay for a few days or a week. Access to the beach is understated. Once you walk down to the beach, you have an amazing view of the cliffs surrounding it. You can swim in the ocean no problem. After the beach, you walk up and jump in the pool and then go in the hammock area to relax. There’s a few restaurants walking distance from the house and an awesome Super Selectos (supermarket) 10 min drive. Keep in mind this house is open to the outside, including the kitchen and most areas have ceilings fans. The rooms are obviously closed out and all have AC. The cleanliness was good but having an open house brings in little critters. Like camping, don’t leave any food out in the open at night. Maria and Carlos were very attentive to our needs and are very discreet. Overall, we had a great time. Highly recommended.

This home not only met our family’s needs but exceeded them in every way. The oceanfront views were breathtaking, and the house layout was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 2 children—it accommodated everyone comfortably. From pre-booking through checkout, the host was responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. The property is just minutes from El Tunco, which was a huge plus. Maria and Carlos (the onsite contacts) were phenomenal. Maria prepared breakfast and dinner for us on several days, and everything she made was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend booking this home and can’t wait to return in the future!

We stayed at this home in July we were a party of 13 and we loved this home it is very beautiful very clean I felt very safe Maria and her husband take care of the property and opened the gate for us every time we went out they are very nice and very friendly the house is right next to betos restaurant and that restaurant is amazing!!! Maria recommended a pupusa place down the street it was so delicious we would definitely come back here again

This property is absolutely amazing. The care takers are also amazing and always available. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is great and warm. Anyone with Families and friends will enjoy this piece of paradise!

Beautiful property right on the beach, nice views, cleans house, loved waking up to the sound of the waves and best of all very attentive people in the property. Maria and her family were awesome, we had her cook for us and she is awesome her food is delicious would go back just to have her cook for us again!

Home had amazing views and was comfortable. Carlos and Maria were very nice and helpful with any request. I think the home can do with more upgrade and maintenance of kitchen area. Overall a good stay.
