Edgy Modern house with Heated Salt Water Pool

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was stocked with condiments, spices, coffee and filters, and beverages in the refrigerator. Beds & sofa were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get too far in, but we stayed during a cold snap. Backyard layout was very spacious & nicely decorated. The house was just a few blocks from the botanical garden and US pickleball courts.

House was centrally located. Very clean, classy pool area. Perfect for what we wanted.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Would have been nice to have some amenities like coffee or sugar but the store is very close by so getting those items was easily remedied.

Check in was extremely easy! The house is very clean and has everything you need. It was our first trip to Florida and was an absolute amazing trip! We definitely want to stay here again!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds and towels were so nice I ordered a set for my house. The property had everything we could need for our stay.

Kids loved the pool and selection of pool toys. The beach chairs we wonderful to take around. The beds we very comfortable! We loved our stay!

Owner was super easy to work with and the place was awesome for everything we needed! The pool being heated was awesome for days the beach was too cold!

We enjoyed our time staying at this vacation home. Communication was excellent. Pool and backyard area we're where we spent a lot of time.

Thoughtfully laid out, well appointed space with beautiful interior & outdoor living space. Very comfortable experience for my adult family of 5. Home is in a modest neighborhood with grocery store and other go-to’s nearby, and an easy drive to downtown Naples. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

We had two couples and it worked great for us 3 king size beds, 2 baths with Rainshower heads . Unbelievable kitchen amenities- from Airfryer, coffee bean grinder, Etc. Everything we needed was there . We were very happy with Edgy Modern Home.

We stayed over Thanksgiving for 4 days as a family of 5. The three bedrooms with 2 baths was a good size. The outdoor space is also great to eat meals and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! Everything was super clean and modern! It’s super well equipped, you have everything you need. And the host was super responsive, attentive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to go again ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at the edgy modern home. The pool was dirty and the floors inside were also dirty and some of the wood slats moved in the hallway pretty significantly. We really enjoyed the king beds and fans in each of the rooms. Overall really great home.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house is beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, everything was so clean, and check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here while in Naples. I won’t be booking anywhere else when we come back here!
