Edgewood Retreat - Hot Tub, Golf Course Views & Walk to Stateline

We enjoyed our stay. The house is just minutes from shops and restaurants. There’s a nice path a block away to walk or bike.

It was a very nice place and highly recommended. I just had a hard time finding any instructions on how to check out.

We were looking for a vacation rental that was one story without any stairs to accomodate a disabled relative. This home is perfect. It is a one story house without any stairs inside. There are a couple of stairs to get to the front door and a couple to get into the backyard, and both of those have a railing. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the overall look. The inside of the house is nicer than the online pictures. It is comfortable and uncluttered. Netflix was the only app available on the television. The backyard is not very big. The pictures online make it look quite large, but it does have a hot tub, four chairs and a corn hole game. There are birds and chipmunks to watch right from the yard. The wifi is good, and the hosts have everything you need for your stay. There are dishes, bath towels and hot tub towels. Everything is laid out and easy to access. We only had three issues with the house. First, the master bed frame makes a very loud noise anytime you move. It woke us up all night long, and we literally could not sleep. Second, it was July, and it was very hot. The house does not have AC. There are fans in every closet, but in July, the fans were not enough. Third, the hallway bathroom has a faucet that is not long enough for the sink basin. Therefore, your hands have to lay on the sink basin to get under the water stream. Overall it was a great stay, and I definitely reccomend this home. It is right next to the Edgewood Golf Course which has restaurants on site and close to the casinos.

We found the property met our families needs. The location was conveniently located near stateline and the lake. There was a nice walking trail and view of the golf course.

This is the second time I have stayed here. There are several improvements, including new spa, hardwood floors, and a much bigger beautiful master shower. They have installed a wrought iron fence in the back. This opens up the view to the golf course. The TV and couch are perfect for a football weekend and we could walk to the concert. The House was clean and well stocked. We look forward to our next stay!

Five stars for location and the house, backyard and hot tub!!! However some minor issues with front door key code failing (this has happened on two separate stays), weak WiFi (I turned it off on my phone), and no AC (thermostat instructions leads you to believe there is AC) results in rating of 4 stars. Regardless, we love staying here as the location is perfect for us as it is so close to Stateline, the beach and walking trails, and the house is perfect for us! We love the backyard with the hot tub, artificial grass for our small dog, and love the fact that it is quiet right next to the golf course! You can have your coffee at the little bar that faces the golf course with the pine trees and mountains as the backdrop!

We selected this home due to its close location to the 4H camp for a wedding. The home had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

This house was a perfect place for our family weekend in Tahoe! We had 5 adults, our 1-year old Granddaughter, and both of our dogs with us and everyone enjoyed the space. The backyard was great for the dogs and a fun place for us to relax and play games. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and spend time together. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is wonderful for 6 people. It is spacious inside and has a terrific backyard. The quaint house has room for sitting and socializing along with playing games in the backyard. It was a fantastic location in Nevada close to the Edgewood golf course.

Had a great time at this property. My girlfriends and I were staying for one of our best friends weddings and this location was perfect for getting to and from the Edgewood Property where wedding events were. You have a great view of the Edgewood Golf Course and then of course the backyard amenities were a hit between hot tub and then corn hole. We had a blast! Appreciate the hosts for opening their home up and allowing us all to see Lake Tahoe for our first time in the best way.

Didn’t even know this location existed and we come up all the time. Great size house, activities out back including a hot tub and right off the Edgewood golf course. Highly recommended

We fun staying at the Edge of Edgewood. Check in and out was easy. I liked the location it was amazing and great views. The shower and hot tub was amazing. My only critiques would be that the Wifi was not very fast and the check out time seemed a little early. Other then that great stay would defiantly rebook this location again if given the opportunity, very easy access to the casinos.

Great location to casinos and wedding events. Perfect trail to the beach nearby to relax. Spa was very nice.

Clean, nice house. Prior reviews on all sites mentioned issues with smells and rats. This was not an issue for us. The house was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Description was accurate. Would recommend. Quick drive to heavenly or the beach.
