Stayed Aug 17, 2025Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights during my daughter's college orientation week, and it was truly the nicest rental I've ever experienced. The location is just 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, yet the property feels worlds away with its peaceful, private 10-acre setting. We enjoyed walking the forest paths and were delighted to see deer, groundhogs, and rabbits right outside.The house itself is beautifully designed, with an open Scandinavian style that feels both modern and welcoming. The shower was a highlight, and the screened porch was a nice place to sit with a book while listening to the rain. Thoughtful touches, like fresh flowers in the rooms, made the stay feel even more special.This is a wonderful retreat near Ithaca, and we’d hope to stay here again on our next visit.
