Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, house and its amenities were great, we had everything we needed. BUT, the place desperately needs a spring clean. The curtains blew over the master bed one day and left chunks of dust on the bed, soft furnishings smelled like sweat, walls were grubby, I had to remove daddy long leg webs from the dining table and doona covers and pillow cases need a good wash. It made it hard to fully relax, and because of this I wouldn’t recommend a friend until more cleaning was done.

The floors weren’t particularly clean , and had dog hair still around the place, however overall a great place to stay.

It such a great spot we had to stay a few more nights. Amy at Elders was a legend, helping us out with our last minute booking. Location was ace, service was mint, the community sensational. Can’t wait to get back.

There were cobwebs and spiders amoungst all furniture and a broom left that has so must dust my 8mi th and 2.5yr old could not stop sneezing. After speaking with the agent, she offered to have cleaners come back but by this point we had already cleaned it for the kids. I asked for some type of compensation whether it be the cleaning fee or linen hire reimbursed but have not heard back. Also the gardener came to do the lawns while we were there, this should be done when the property is vacant. We will not be booking in of your property's again.

Our family loved staying at Good Vibes! Lots of space for a family, and a beautiful back deck with a lovely view. We loved the light, airy feel of the property. It was well equipped and in such a great location. We will be back to stay at Good Vibes!
