Stayed Jul 26, 2025The location is excellent with access to the beach directly across the street. The pool is too shallow to swim but good for cooling off or playing games. We weren't able to bring our dogs but it is definitely dog friendly with a good fenced in area. There was more than adequate room for the six of us and could accommodate eight well but beyond that would be tight. The three bathrooms could be limiting depending on the composition of the group. There is a large dining table, outside grill, good size refrigerator. The general condition of the house is good but not luxurious. The internet was weak but that is apparently a problem with the community and not this specific property.

Stayed May 17, 2025Easy Day was a delightful place for vacation. Though not on the beach, there is an open view of the ocean (direct access to beach walkway) and a view of the intracoastal waterway. The multiple outdoor seating areas made every time of day pleasant for relaxing. Great to have a pool, hot tub AND fenced yard for children and privacy. The updated kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more!) While an older home which could use a few updates, we found it to be perfect for our family of 5 adults, 2 toddlers and furry friends. The property management company was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Four generations of family (and three dogs) stayed at Easy Day. It was just perfect. A close walk to the beach; swimming pool and hot tub; comfy beds; a well equipped kitchen; and plenty of refrigerator space (upstairs and down). Just perfect for all (from great grandma to 10 month old). The house was clean. The owners left us a gift basket and personal welcome note; very nice touches. Plenty of room for dogs to run in the fully enclosed back yard. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again. Kudos and many thanks.
