EASTON TOWNE CENTER 4 bed, 2 full bath home w/ big yard

To begin, the house is comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, as do the appliances. The location is very good, close to many shops and the area is quite quiet. The cleanliness of the house needs significant improvement; the air conditioning ducts were dirty, especially one that runs through the hallway floor leading to the bedrooms and comes out in the basement ceiling. It was terribly dirty and full of trash. Also, the amenities list stated that a grill was provided, which is not true. We also contacted Jordan about a problem with the showers; the bottom part where the water comes out before using the shower was loose. I sent him a message to let him know about this, which he never replied to, and even now, four days after we left, we haven't received a response. Regarding kitchen utensils, I advise you to bring your own, as there aren't many, and the most essential ones, such as pots and pans, are not provided. As we left the kitchen and headed towards the backyard, there were square bricks on the ground that were quite far apart, and several of us twisted our ankles by inadvertently stepping on the large gaps between them. Aside from that, our stay was very good, and we were able to enjoy our time in Columbus without any major problems.

Great location. House had everything we could possibly need. Pet Friendly. Great host, easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!

The rental has a nice layout and a big backyard. Some updating could be used.

The house includes a large fenced in yard for pets. Bathrooms could use some updating and house could use some fresh paint. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and a Kuerig machine with coffee pods are provided as well as a bottle of Wine. More bath towels would be nice as well. Host is very quick with responses and code to house works smoothly.

The space was appropriate. Unfortunately you can tell pets were allowed. Kids room carpet identified that. No other complaints. Place was definitely enjoyed otherwise . I really like the set up of the house. No problem checking in or out. Thanks for the hospitality Jordan.

Cozy and plenty of seating/hangout space. Was really close to a lot of stores/restaurants/shopping centers. Place was exactly as pictured and described. There were enough blankets and towels for everyone. Street parking was able to accommodate all of us.

This house was as described

This property turned out to be just OK for us. The home is a bi-level floor plan. Three bedrooms up and 1 bathroom up. Second bathroom is down 2 levels. The stairs were a problem for us. Also we did not realize that we would not be able to use the washer/dryer

The house was clean and spacious. The fenced in yard was very nice for the pups to stretch and run around. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood, and we were still close enough to OSU to visit our daughter.
