Eastham, Walk to Private Beach, 3 BDR, 2 BATH

Very close to the bay. Central air works great. Mattresses are comfortable. It’s pretty new and updated. The patio is nice.

We have visited the Cape for the last 5 years or so and have stayed on the outer side. What a treat to experience low tide on the bay!! Not only were we treated to sunsets over the water just steps away from the cottage, but we were able to walk 1/2 mile from the shore during low tide and still not find water deeper than knee level. The location was great. Close to the bike path, an easy drive to Coast Guard Beach and Ptown. The house was updated, clean, and air-conditioned, The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi easy to access, and it was peaceful and quiet. I would have appreciated a nicer patio space to relax outdoors -- there were weeds growing through the bricks and tons of ants. The outdoor table was nice, but uncomfortable to just sit and relax under the umbrella. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved this property! The house was adorable with a side patio area we used often, and as advertised you are literally steps from a private beach and a very short walk to a larger beach. We were thrilled with both the location and the house and thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

The home was really clean and updated. We loved being walking distance to two beaches. The low tide here is beautiful and quiet. Really loved our vacation and would highly recommend this home for families.

Perfect place to stay for for a family of 5 or more. The location to Campground beach is perfect.The house was very clean and the check in and check out was easy.

Nice place and so close to the beach! Easy walk to Campground beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. A little small for 5 people though (could use more seating in the livingroom). We did enjoy our stay!

This is a very comfortable, newly renovated home. Neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. Short walk to bay beach for walking, sitting and sunsets. Short ride to ocean beach and bike trail. The owners were very pleasant and responsive. Great house in a great location.
