Our family was all invited to a wedding in East Hampton. This property worked out perfectly for us. It was luxurious, well designed, and clean. The location is great as it is about equal distance between Sag Harbor and East Hampton.

We had an unforgettable Labor Day weekend at John's beautiful home in Sag Harbor! The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in a serene, tree-lined street just a short stroll from the picturesque harbor and charming village shops and restaurants. It was the ideal balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to everything Sag Harbor has to offer. One of the highlights was the backyard oasis—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just lounging in the sun Overall, this was the perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable holiday weekend. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Sag Harbor.

From the moment we arrived at the house, John was friendly, engaging, laid back and helpful. He clearly trusts his renters – and he went well beyond the usual assistance to make sure our experience with the house was a great one. And yes, it was a great one! The décor in the house is exceptional, the layout is amazing for entertaining, the outdoor space perfect for guests of all ages, and the kitchen amenities (both inside and out) made for great nights of cooking. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or house for our family vacation, and we would absolutely return if John will have us back.

Rented this property for a week in mid-October and had a very nice stay. The house as you can see is very modern and had similar aesthetics that my wife and I like. There was plenty of space for the 5 adults in my family. Amenities were very good with every kitchen appliance imaginable it seemed. We cooked several meals there. Location is great too. Very central in the Hamptons. Every town was about 10-20 mins away. Highly recommend the house!

We loved staying at this lovely home!!! The house is off the beaten path and tucked away in the woods! The house is beautifully appointed with comfy beds, towels and sofas! Great art and amazing back yard with pool and awesome grill area. Highly recommend!!
