Stayed Jul 7, 2024Overall it was a great stay. Seems like a recently renovated house. Location was in walking distance to all our favorite spots (Squigglys, Veggie Wagon, the lake park, and of course the beach). Main bathroom was huge, plenty of hot water for 7 of us, outdoor shower head for keeping the sand outside (as much as possible), and everything you need in the kitchen. There’s even a couple beach chairs and umbrella. The only issue we had was that the a/c struggled to keep up with the hot week (mid 90s with high humidity most of the week). It would get down to whatever we set it to at night (we had it at 72), but would creep up to 78 or so during the day. And if we cooked in the kitchen, it would get over 80 and only come back down in the evening. But there isn’t a property on the planet that is without issue at one point it another. The real test is in how the owners respond to it. They were great. I texted the property management company, and they were on it. It didn’t end up getting fixed during our stay, but they were very responsive and I’m certain it’ll be resolved for future guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Carolina Beach.

Stayed May 31, 2024The house was overall very nice to stay at, and was located within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. The house was quite spacious in the living room and dining room which allows for plenty of seating.
