East Arctic Avenue 0603 - Sunshine By The Sea

Thank you, we had a great time!

Our family had a wonderful weekend stay at “Sunshine by the Sea”. The location was great with easy beach access. We also enjoyed the pool. The rooming worked out great for our family, with beds and baths for all! We could have used some beach chairs, but we managed just fine. A little painting needs to be done along with some updates, but we would definitely stay here again.

Our first time at this home...many wonderful attributes...i would say disappointed that master bedroom had double bed...and, a queen would have been wonderful in a couple bedrooms....also. the outdoor grill has rusted out so badly, that the wheel fell off.....the cleaning crew is not doing the job you would expect.....

While the property location is great and the views and location can’t be beat, it kind of ends there. Access to the property is easy. However, once we got in there the couches are covered in stains, even the slipcovers were dirty, there is mold in every shower, the patio furniture that should be white looks like it’s never been cleaned and the daybed swing is covered in mold and mildew. For the price tag you’re paying, yes you’re getting location but it being clean and full of mold should also be expected. In addition we found it weird that multiple times we were outside the owner of whoever was watching us on the ring cameras. We heard them through the camera multiple times while we were outside. Also when we were leaving after our stay there was a truck out front watching us leave. All just very weird and not expected especially for the price tag you pay.

We had a wonderful time at Tranquilisea. The inside is spacious and the floor plan was well organized. We absolutely loved the porch and the large swing. It’s where we spent most of the time when not on the beach. A shout out to Dunes Property also. They were quite helpful on our day of arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better week or property rental. Thank you

Beach and location were perfect. Pool was a great size and we enjoyed the basketball hoop. House had a few minor things that could use a little fix up but we overall had a wonderful trip and the house was more than big enough for our large family!

This house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The location, rooms, living area, pool and beach access were all great.

Had a group of guys getting together, we had a blast catching up. Thought we were going to be going to the restaurants, but we ended up grilling most nights! Highly recommend this property. Awesome house!!!

We loved our stay! Very spacious and literally steps to the ocean. Only complaint is that the living room seating needs updated. Couches were very soiled, and there were no extra sheets to cover them with. Other than that it was wonderful. Would stay here again
