Enjoy the stunning lake and mountain views from this lovely 5 bedroom 4.5 bath lakefront home. This home features large windows, a new large decks to enjoy this truly marvelous setting. Living room with beautiful rock fireplace and the modern kitchen with lake views plus many of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors exiting out onto the decks overlooking the lake.

With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.

All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.

You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

Air conditioning, 2 cable TV's, DVD, VCR, Movies, CD Player, Icemaker, dishwasher, Gas BBQ, Microwave, washer, dryer, Ceiling fans in Living room & bedrooms. This home is provided with a full set of bed pads, sheets, pillowcases and quilted bed covers, wash towels, hand towels, bath towels, kitchen dish wash rags and kitchen dish towels. Everything including the quilted bed covers are hot cycle washed between rentals. Post Covid era we are dedicated to cleanliness and sanitation for your protection

The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.

Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

    Thank you for the opportunity to share the Eagle's Nest for our vacation needs. It met every one of our expectations. Through the years, we have worked with several different rental management companies and our experience with Bass Lake Home Rentals this year tops them all.

    My family enjoyed The Eagle’s Nest” immensely. First night there they were saying “book this place for next year”! The huge dock and use of the paddle boards were a major hit with everyone. Please mark us down as return guests for as long as possible! While we were there, Brooke, especially, was extremely helpful. While trying to find out info about rentals, I have to say I was a little frustrated at times while waiting for return calls or emails, however, it was all worth it in the end.

    We have been renting this home for a week every summer for several years. We tried other homes and other companies, but Bass Lake Home Rentals is so easy to work with and we love this home at Bass Lake. Carole and her team are great to work with!
