Eagles Landing w/pool and NEW LIFT! 5 bed/ 5 full bath 4 min walk to the beach!

This home is gorgeous and one of the best houses we've stayed at in the 15 years we've been vacationing here. It had every kitchen appliance you could ask for and 2 grills! The seating capacity was in line with (or more) how many people the house accommodated. My grandchildren had the best time. The walk to the beach was short and the public beach access was just across the street we had to cross making transporting the baby and toddler less stressful. The house even had a wagon for use. There was even a gift tote with everything needed with toiletries and sun essentials! The communication with the owners were just as pleasing and went well beyond making us feel welcome. We had a great time!!!

We had a wonderful week at Eagles Landing!! The house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. The pool area is awesome. Donna is an amazing host!! We hope to return again.

Eagles Landing was a beautiful, a very comfortable family vacation home. The pictures were exactly as the house looks, very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of seating in the family room and dining room. Great kitchen and many small appliances. The New lift was a great bonus to the house. It worked great! The pool and whole outside area was gorgeous and lots of room and seating outside too. Location from the beach just 5 minutes away.The owners were great to work with and very prompt to respond and communicate. They went over amd above to make our family vacation memorable. We would definitely book this beautiful house again.

We have been coming to OIB for 11 years and had always rented from the same family. This year the owners were no longer renting and we were so happy to find Eagle’s Landing! It was a wonderful fit for our family of 15. Nice location, clean and so many amenities! Already booking for next year!

We had such a an amazing time at Eagle's Landing! It was by far the most well stocked rental home we have ever stayed in with the most exceptional communication!

Wonderful home! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. Dishes and silverware and cookware were high quality and pristine. Hosts provided a wonderful welcome package that had so many helpful necessities. Beach accommodations were great, shibumis, chairs, beach towels, everything you need. We are from NC, so could transfer so much, but would highly recommend for out of state travelers. Publix and lowes foods nearby (don’t recommend Lowe’s). Busy beach, get down early and set up your shibumis by 9 am, latest. Thank you Donna and King for a great stay. We had 9 adults, could easily have accommodated 4-5 more ( in the bunk bed room). Pool was lovely!!

This beautiful home is very clean with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The private pool is great especially with children! You can walk to the beach! The owners provide beach toys, chairs, towels and so much more. All the bedrooms are big and the living room and kitchen can accommodate many people. The owners, King and Donna, are great. They get back to you immediately with answers to your questions!! I would highly recommend staying here. One of the best beach houses we’ve stayed at.

Wonderful house, great amenities - tents for the beach and toys! Easy walk to the beach and pool was great. Would definitely come back!

The owner was wonderful!!!! The home was laid out well. Pool and landscape was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, pots& pans. TVs were alittle complicated to figure out but we survived. Will definitely rebook with this owner

Amazing house! Everything included, towels, beach towels, bathroom essentials, beach toys, every kitchen appliance you would ever need, a beautiful yard and pool, and more! Kids enjoyed having a tv in their rooms as well. Short walk to the beach was great. We will definitely stay here again. There were 13 of us and everyone enjoyed the vacation.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at Eagle's Landing. Donna and King, the owners, truly thought of everything. From the thoughtful welcome package and note to the bright, coastal decor, every detail was perfect. The well-equipped kitchen featured the latest appliances, and the pool/beach toys and beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. Smart TVs, a resort-like outdoor space, and small touches like hampers in each room made us feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, with the corner lot providing ample yard, play, and pool space. It's just a short walk to beach access and conveniently close to the center of OIB. The indoor space was spacious enough to accommodate our large family comfortably. Each main bedroom, except the kids' bunk room, had access to an outdoor patio overlooking the pool, which was perfect for peace of mind. We cannot wait to return to Eagle's Landing and continue making memories for years to come.

My family just recently stayed at Eagles Landing for a week and this home is a MUST rent if you are looking for a nicely maintained home with a private pool that is within walking distance to the beach! The house sleeps 16 and has 5 bedrooms - each with its own bathroom and large tv. It has a nice backyard that offers a flat grass space to play games like cornhole, throwing a football, etc. It then has a gated private pool with plenty of lounge chairs and seats to accommodate a large group. There is an additional lounge area on the bottom level that is covered and also has an outdoor tv. They have lots of kitchen appliances - more than any other rental property I’ve stayed at. We were only the 3rd renters of this property, so it feels like a brand new home! More importantly than the home, the owners of this property are incredible and top notch. When we needed a high chair, they made a call within minutes and had one delivered to the house for us. They responded quickly each time I reached out and it was clear Donna & King wanted to ensure we had the best experience renting their home. They even had the kindest welcome package for us when we arrived (with lots of household items to use throughout the week and a few extra gifts). Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

This property was absolutely wonderful! Everything went so well from the time of booking, the communication with the host to prepare for our trip, the check-in process and our whole week. The property is beautiful with perfect space for parking multiple cars, the private pool was awesome and all the additional amenities we were allowed to use such as a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels for all, toys, pool floats, etc. The neighborhood was really nice and only a short walk to the oceanfront. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house!
