Our comfortable 5 bedrooms, 3 baths home sleeps up to 16.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with a split king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed in the other bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size Murphy bed. This room is not a true bedroom because it is small and has no closet, but will at least provide privacy for night time rest. The living area has 2 comfortable queen size sofa beds, 2 of which are made by American Leather sofa company, and 2 twin size sofa beds that are more appropriate for kids. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor as well.

There are 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor that have 1 king and 1 queen bed, and a twin sofa bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a standing shower.
The yard is large and perfect for kids to play in. Bring lawn games! We do have a ping pong table and some board games. The beach is Hood Canal which means expect to see oyster shells, seaweed and a lot of natural saltwater beauty. Be sure to pack sensible beach shoes/boots in order to beach comb, play or swim. Please respect boundaries and do not cross to neighbors' side.

We welcome dogs as they are members of your family, but ask that, you don't leave pee or poo accidents behind and you clean up any overt messes. (We also kindly ask to keep pets off the furniture out of respect for our guests who have allergies or sensitivities to fur. If you think this will be a problem, [i.e. your pup is accustomed to sofa lounging] please plan to bring special blankets to place on the furniture for them, and properly towel dry them off after beach play before coming inside.)

Like most of Hood Canal, we are on a septic system. Please help conserve water use and dispose of food scraps in the garbage and only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Our septic system thanks you.

Please note:, all children, including infants, will be counted toward head count, and will require an extra guests fee, if the total exceed 8 guests. Base price only cover up to 8 guests. Pet fee is $200 for 1 dog.

Please note: kayaks are not available for guests use from November to April. Some outdoor furniture also will be stored and not available

Plenty to keep everyone busy! Indoor foosball table, Kayaks. Outdoor fireplace, ping pong table and BBQ.

No parties or fireworks. Due to over harvesting by previous renters,
we only limit 2 buckets of oysters and clams per group per stay. To be consumed on site only. No take home please. Please return oyster shell back to the beach. Thank you.

We have outdoor cameras on the property and they are on 24/7 for security purposes. There are 3 cameras in the front of the property, facing the drive way and entry way, and one in the backyard, facing the beach. There is also a camera in the basement where our storage is, and this area is off limit to guests. Guests are not allowed to enter the basement for any reasons. Tampering with cameras or internet will result in $300 fine or termination of stay w/o refund.

I don't recommend this place any future guest with more than 8 people.Size of the house - It advertises as 17 people possible but max 10 at the most. Rooms are small and living room can only fit 8 people max.Cleanness - When we arrive at 4:00, they were still cleaning the place and asked us to wait. A lot of dusts on every corner made people sneeze all the time. House needs more thorough cleaning. Not that much oysters and clams in the ocean.Only thing is good for this place is just serene nature. That's all.

This property is fantastic for easy access to the water when the tide is in! We spent most of our days outside enjoying the warm and long summer nights. Annie was extremely responsive and supportive of our stay. Anything we needed she was happy to accommodate and was quick to respond!

Lots of parking. A lot of kitchen appliances. Backyard is very spacious to play volleyball. Huge firepit. Annie was very responsive if we had any questions. House definitely suits our friends and family. Planning to come back

In August 2024, we stayed at this property for 5 nights for a family reunion with 8 adults and 3 children. The location on Hood Canal is beautiful. However, we had several issues with this owner relative to cameras, poor property condition and lack of maintenance. There were several “security” cameras on the property, including one on the back deck. It was able to monitor our outside activities and had an irritatingly bright light that would come on when motion was sensed. Additionally, the property was cheaply furnished and lacked cleanliness compared to other places I’ve rented from VRBO. This is the worst VRBO experience I have ever had, and I do not recommend this place.

The beach is bigger than we thought, surprised how the water was warm enough to swim. Love the kayaks. The house is a sweet older home with up to date bathroom kitchens etc. peaceful area, my sisters walked to the state park, we drove to a wild life area near by. GPS may tell you the address is one way, aka towards some woods but the lovely large address sign, will guide you through some gates. a large area to park. the several cars we drove.

Well-stocked kitchen and outdoor toys, perfect for a family gathering with teenagers. Great ping pong table, fooseball and ample space to sit outside. Safeway is 5mins away for late night snack runs. Bonus friendly neighbor dogs to play fetch. Would love to return.

We had 15 of us including 7 childrens all under 12. The house was smaller than we expected but had plenty of room for all of us. It was very nice that the house had 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with kitchenettes, pots, etc. But overall, the view was amazing!! Children had fun beachcoming and campfire. The neighbor were quite. We had easy check-in and check-out process and the owner was easy to reach and a great communicator. They even fixed their EV charger in hurry for us. Definitely coming back for another fun get together.
