Eagle Cove Waterfront Retreat for 20 w/ Hot Tub, 40 miles from Seattle, no ferry

This house was perfect for our group of 20 adults. It was well stocked with everything we needed.

This property is amazing!! Our group fell in love with place and would love to return in the future. The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked.

We had a wonderful weekend with friends and kids. The beach was lovely. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The backyard firepit was perfect for s'mores.

We had a lovely stay at the Eagle Cove. The house supported our large family gathering, and we were treated with lovely views.

Pack your own shampoo and soap unless you want to use hand soap in the shower. Beautiful views at the end of a quiet street. The kitchen and dining spaces are larger than they look in the photos and accommodated our extended family of 27 for evening meals. Nice outdoor seating spaces and perfect weather made our family reunion very enjoyable.

We had a great time staying here with our business group. The house was spacious and well stocked. The views off the front deck were amazing!

Water view, forest, beach surrounds this spacious and comfortable home. It was perfect for a family reunion- providing the opportunity for rest, celebration and enjoyment of nature. Day trips to do white water rafting, sailing and hiking were within reasonable distances. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group.

Our group was SO impressed with the home design, the location and how easy it was to arrive and start living never wanting for anything. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Our friends want to make this an annusl retreat. HIGHLY Recommended. !anaccommodat

We used this house for our book club getaway and it was so comfortable! Plenty of beds and space. We loved the outdoor patio with a cup of coffee in the morning. The house is so well set up for large groups. Views were amazing. Only thing was the stairs doing down to the beach were overgrown but we managed! Would rent this house again.

Well stocked home, very comfortable, beautiful views, hosts were quick to respond and very easy to communicate with.

The home is very beautiful with gorgeous views of the Puget Sound. However when we arrived the weather had just turned from beautiful sunshine to fall like rainy weather. As a result the spiders decided to come in for shelter at a rate that was too uncomfortable for us so we evacuated the bottom level of the home. We also woke to water dripping from the third floor balcony into the second floor dining room. We helped to remediate the leak by pushing water off the deck until the owners were able to come by and lay tarp to stop the leaks. Fortunately we are a glass half full family and still made the best of our time together.

Three generations, comprised of 8 adults and 6 children, met at this beautiful property to spend time together. The house provided all adults a room with a view. There was a large dining table in the dining room and another outside on the back patio to accommodate all of us, as well as a smaller table near the kitchen/family room to take care of smaller groups at breakfast. The kitchen was very well appointed. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. The children of all ages loved playing in the backyard, soaking in the hot tub and exploring the waterfront. Thank you Jeff and Donna for sharing your home with us.

Great space for a larger family reunion, my brother's family and mine all fit comfortably. Extensive kitchen supplies, lots of dishes and the bonus extra dishwasher and fridge were wonderful. Some basic seasonings were available and paper towels, but bring your own bags/wraps/disposable storage containers. Great supplies for kids (2 pack 'n plays, 2 booster seats, plastic dishes...). The house is getting some upgrades, carpets presumably will be cleaned afterwards. As clearly listed, there are a lot of stairs, both in-house and down to the beach. There is very accessible and safe play space in backyard where we held our own family Olympic games!

The views were beautiful and the house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We saw several eagles.

House was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing, perfect for sunset. The kitchen was the best outfitted kitchen we have seen in all of our VRBO adventures. We really enjoyed the secluded road and beach. Plenty of parking as well.

This property was awesome. It is a large, well-stocked house that exceeded all of the needs of the group, including a few toddlers. The stairs down to the beach are a bit challenging and in need of a hand rail, but worked great for us. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway a short ways out of Seattle.

My group and I had a amazing time. Absolutely wonderful home, hosts were extremely responsive, and the dog on the property was so sweet! Would definitely stay again.

This home was all that we needed it to be- and more! It accommodated the 17 Great Aunts, Aunts, Cousins and second cousins to a ‘T’ - for our Women’s Weekend, with room to spare. The rooms were beautiful, bathrooms a plenty, Views to die for- access to beach wonderful- even had a beautiful Eagle fly by !! Will definitely consider to stay again!!
