Amazing place great location out of town

We had a great stay! Rooms were spacious and the area was quiet and close to town.

We absolutely LOVED the townhouse, everyone had their own space, and bathrooms. The hot tub was great to relax in afyer a long day hiking and enjoying the outside activities. Being able to do laundry and cook meals to save on costs was great as well! Would stay there again. Loved the decor as well.

Second time staying in a Desert Winds property. Always a great stay for a great price! Quiet neighborhood just outside of town. Love that each room has its own bathroom and that there are activities for the kids available (ping-pong, darts, hot tub, etc.)

We had a wonderful stay while hiking and off roading. We appreciated the hot tub after our daily wanderings.

Great place with jacuzzi in Moab close to Arches and one hour from Canyonlands.

The condo worked great for our group of 6! Plenty of space, and we really enjoyed the back patio with the hot tub after a day of hiking. My only small complaint is that it smelled very strongly of bleach when we first arrived. However, the smell was gone by the next day.

Location and house were great. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with many aspects of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, the location was convenient, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, and it was a nice touch to have coffee, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and other essentials provided. With six adults staying for three nights, there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.The only drawback was the towel policy. The property provides only one towel per guest for the entire stay. Because we were hiking daily in 90-degree temperatures, we requested additional towels from the host. Unfortunately, our concerns were dismissed, with the host noting that hotels typically provide only one towel per guest before hanging up abruptly. This meant we had to wash and dry towels each morning to have clean ones available after our hikes.Additionally, the internet/Wi-Fi was unavailable for more than half of our stay, which made planning daily activities challenging.Overall, we would have gladly given five stars across the board if not for these issues.

Property was exactly as described and we loved staying there. The beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet and we used the hot tub every night.

This property was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It would also be perfect for 3 couples. Location was great, and close to Arches. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well maintained property!

Perfect location, away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy everything that Moab has to offer. Very nice to have 3 master suites ( a bathroom in each bedroom)

Good property to setup a base for your excursions. Place was very clean and the owner was quick to respond to some TV issues we were having. Large enough for groups of 4-6 easily. Only about a 5 min drive to downtown Moab.

The house was clean, check process was easy and overall a nice stay for the two nights we stayed. One little thing is, the listing mentioned 10 people can sleep. We were 9 adults and 1 teen. We had beds only for 8 and there were no additional blankets or bedding. No idea how the additional 2 can sleep here. We adjusted by sleeping on the floor and on the couch without any blankets. Couple of additional bedding/blankets would have made it a much better stay for us. Also toiletries like soap, shampoo etc were provided for 3 people at the max, would be great if the host can have these two sorted out to make this a wonderful place.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kids especially liked the large bedrooms that each had their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this condo, it was right outside of town with easy access to Arches and Canyonlands. It was clean and spacious. Having the washer and dryer are the best after hiking many miles. Communication with the owner was also great. The only thing I would say that was a bit disappointing was that the photos show sails over the hot tub area. They were no longer up and it made it impossible to utilize the patio and hot tub until the sun went down because it was way too hot. Otherwise we loved it and if we come back again we will definitely stay at this location!

Came to Moab to golf

We loved this property. The house was very clean. The kitchen was the most well appointed VRBO we have ever rented. We only had a couple of disappointments….the sunshade was missing over the hot tub and the patio got very hot. Also, we could have used an extra bath towel in each bathroom. Overall, a fantastic stay!!
