ABOUT THE HOUSE

After an active day on the trails and at the parks, head for the back patio, and enjoy some of your favorite steaks or veggies on the commercial grade grill. The kitchen is ready to help with meal prep, too, thanks to stainless appliances, cabinets stocked with dishes and cookware, and a spacious island that quickly becomes a group meeting point for morning coffee (and evening drinks).

When dinner is ready, everyone will have space to gather around the dining room table (seats up to 8) and the kitchen bar (with 4 barstools).
Also on the ground floor, you'll find the dining room, the main living space, and the master suite. Sink into the wraparound sofa and cool off in the A/C, or cozy up the gas fireplace on a chilly evening.

Upstairs, a bonus room is sure to become the kids' favorite hangout with flat flat-screen TV.



BEDROOMS

The king-size master suite (on the ground floor) is dressed in deluxe linens and is a place to retreat and re-energize. The 3-piece en-suite bath has a spacious shower and plenty of counter space.

The light and airy second bedroom (upstairs) has two queen beds with a 4-piece en-suite bath.

Lastly, the bunk suite, also located on the 2nd floor, has three twin beds and one full-size bed (sleeps up to 5). Its attached bath features a tub/shower combo.

BACKYARD

Step out onto the oversized, stained concrete patio for cold beverages in view of the La Sal Mountains. An outdoor sectional provides a plush place to put your feet up. After the sun goes down, stay tuned for the collection of stars that fill Moab’s clear and expansive night skies.

IMPORTANT
***All vehicles must be parked either on the driveway or in the garage. Parking is not available on the street. No RVs, no Fifth wheels.
Trailers must be parked at an off-site facility only a few minutes away.

Our townhouse is located just a 5-mile drive south of downtown Moab with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Vast expanses of stunning desert await at Arches National Park, which is only a 10-mile drive away. Stand before the awe-inspiring beauty of Delicate Arch (if you get there at dawn, you'll find fewer people for a more peaceful experience), Balanced Rock, and many more works of natural art.

Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are other popular spots to take in Utah's beauty. Explore the landscape of contrasting colors, landforms, and textures that are unlike any other place in the world.

    Nice, quiet (other than some highway traffic noise) location south of town. Lots of beds, each room with a bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great--very nice to have a private little patio with grill and hot tub. Comfortable home that we enjoyed staying in.

    The house was very clean when we arrived. The hot tub was also clean and in good working order. I like the fact that it's about 5 miles outside of downtown moab. Would most definitely book this unit again

    We were there to spend the entire week on the 4 wheel drive trails and other than a little rain, we were not disappointed. I love to 4wd in Moab. I have stayed in the exact same unit a couple of doors down in the past, but I liked the furniture in this unit better, a lot easier to get around. It is a great layout for our family (4 adults and 2 teenagers. Other than not being able to find extra towels (so we did a little laundry) the place was great and communication with the owner was great.

    We had a fantastic stay in Moab. The place was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect and close to the arches and Canyon land and easy to get to restaurants and shops in town. The host was friendly and responsive, making check in and communication Super smooth. we definitely will stay here again on our next adventure to Moab.

    Great property that suited eight guys very well. Having a garage was awesome for safely storing our mountain bikes and climbing gear. The hot-tub was great after long canyon days. We would definitely stay here again.
