I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and comfortable. Amazing views of Port Stephens. We particularly enjoyed sitting on front deck to relax and eat enjoying view. Comfortable beds. Short walk to Dutchies beach, however note steep stairs to and from beach. Would not recommend house for people with toddlers or elderly as the house has external and internal stairs.Good value compared to other properties.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Clean, spacious, quiet with view. 15 min walk to Nelson Bay Marina, restaurants and shops and a few minutes to Dutchies beach. Just one thing that was missing was an outside umbrella for shade as gets very sunny on the balcony.

Easy to get to and close to all that Port Stephens has to offer. The service provided was very professional and getting the key was trouble free. The only thing that i think is worth mentioning is that the property has a lot of stairs and also a lot of stairs to the beach. Overall though, fabulous.

Stayed Aug 26, 2024We couldn't have picked a better location. Lovely outlook with an easy walk to Dutchman's Beach and Nelson Bay. The house was amazing - light, airy and well appointed - everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again.
