Duplex house with pool & close to the beach

Spend a relaxing vacation in our French country house between pine forests and extensive natural beaches - whether you want to surf, swim, go for a walk, play sports, play games or simply relax and unwind. Our highlights:

The accommodation
The duplex has two separate apartments, each with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and private entrance. This makes our house perfect for two parties who want to spend their vacation together and still have some privacy. The apartments are connected by a hallway that can be locked from both sides. This hallway also leads to the upper floor, where there are two further rooms, each of which can be used as a bedroom for children and/or an office.
Our duplex was built in the 1980s by my parents and was DIY-renovated by my wife and I from 2022 to 2023. We love sharing the house and this special place with our guests. The house is not perfect (it can be a bit noisy as the house was built entirely of wood), but everything has been done with love :)

Bed linen and towels (also for the pool/beach) are included in your booking.

IMPORTANT: The house is ideal for a maximum of 6 adults or 4 adults with up to 5 children. Other requests will be considered individually.

Access for guests
During your stay, the fenced property and the entire house belong only to you. All rooms and areas are accessible, except for one room in the garage, and the complete equipment (games, sports equipment, books, shopping bags, herbs in the garden) is also there for your use. We have very lovely neighbors in this quiet residential area, so please be considerate of the volume outside after 10pm - music or outdoor movies at a reasonable volume are not a problem.
